Rama-Spiropali/Beçi clashes: If it's not theater, it's serious

Former prosecutor Eugen Beçi commented today on the ongoing debates between Prime Minister Edi Rama and MP Elisa Spiropali at the meeting of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group.

Invited to the show 'Now', Beçi emphasized that if it is not a show among socialists, it is likely that with the addition of such elements a political faction will be created, which, according to him, is serious but not dangerous for the majority.

According to Beçi, political discussions today are in a situation where there is a widespread relativization of many of the country's institutions, from the Parliament to the courts and prosecutors' offices.

"You say that I can exclude you, but I will not exclude you. We are in a situation of immense relativization of every institution in the Republic of Albania, normally even the Parliamentary Group cannot be excluded from relativization. The Albanian Parliament has become what can I say! The figure of the President, the courts, the prosecutor's offices and all institutions are relativized. I do not think that a person in the parliamentary group will create a difficult situation, and even more so for an individual who can be immediately excluded. If it is not theater and if there are other elements that can create a faction, it will be serious but not dangerous", - said Beçi ./CNA
