Balla in Golem: We terminate contracts for entities that do not maintain the cleanliness of the coast

The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, participated today in a cleanup action in the Golem area, on the eve of the 2026 tourist season, where he did not hesitate to share messages.

In his speech, Balla focused on the importance of maintaining cleanliness in coastal areas, while stating that entities that rent beaches have clear contractual obligations.

Balla warned that any entity that does not respect these obligations risks termination of the contract and exclusion from the right to benefit from public spaces again in the future.

"Responsibility for cleanliness is shared between local government and private operators, while rigorous enforcement of rules remains key to a successful tourist season," Balla said, among other things. /CNA
