"The SP has invested in us, not us in the SP"/ Braçe comments

Socialist Erion Braçe, invited to "Shqipëria Live", also spoke about the clashes within the SP with Elisa Spiropali.

The socialist MP, once also deputy prime minister, emphasized that within the Socialist Party there are people who have taken positions they do not deserve.

"The SP has invested in us, not us in the SP," said Braçe, wanting to close any clarification regarding Prime Minister Edi Rama's positions and the clash instigated by MP Elisa Spiropali after her dismissal as Foreign Minister.

Braçe, in an interview on Top-Channel, explained that "I speak for myself, I do not prefer to speak about names. I thought that the thing was not only being said to Mrs. Spiropali, but also to me or others in the hall. I continue to be a deficit in the PS. There are many people in the PS who have not had the opportunity that I have had. They are simple socialists, at different stages, but they too have expected from the PS and have not received what they deserved."

The socialist MP did not hesitate to emphasize that the SP has problems and some of Spiropali's positions are correct.

"Ms. Spiropali has raised some concerns that are valid, both for me and for others there, and for the prime minister. The moment we say that we need to reenergize the SP, that we need to open the SP, that we need to make it more democratic, we have practically accepted a series of problems that need to be cured," Braçe emphasized in an interview for Top-Channel.
