Hearing on territorial reform/ Boçi from Elbasan: Maps without consensus

The Co-Chair of the Special Commission for Territorial Administrative Reform and the Vice-Chair of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, was present this afternoon at the public hearing held in the city of Elbasan.

In his speech, Boçi emphasized that this time, the arguments as in the 2014 reform should not be repeated.

According to the democrat, if each side comes out with its own maps and without agreement, then the effort is futile.

"If the 2014 reform was good, then why are we asking for a review today? The same arguments as then cannot be repeated, without specifically showing where the problem lies today. Today, if each party comes out with its own maps without agreement, everything becomes useless. This is not about political force, but about consensus. We want a reform for all Albanians," said Boçi. /CNA
