In any society, laws are a reflection of the values ??that society embraces. If the law is just, it is built on moral foundations, on irrevocable truths and on a just anthropology of man. But when laws are built on fluid ideologies, constructed by the globalist extreme left, they become the most dangerous tools for the silent transformation of society.
Prime Minister Rama called the gender equality law “very noble,” elevating it to the rank of a work of European civilization. But when a “noble” law must be defended with arrogance, with labels, with contempt for protesters, and through rhetoric of the “let the dogs bark, the caravan moves on” style, then Rama’s false ‘nobility’ is masking evil through the arrogant language of political moralization.
The gender equality law, in its current form, is not neutral, innocent, or "European" as the prime minister sells it.
The Gender Equality Law is the core of the far-left ideological package that has been circulating for years in international circles funded by Soros-style transnational foundations, with the clear aim of collapsing traditional concepts of biological sex, family, and theistic anthropology.
The ontological assertion of Genesis that “God created man in his own image;… male and female he created them.
(Genesis 1:27) reveals that gender cannot be a social construct, but an essence carved into human nature itself.
The 'Gender Equality' law aims to relativize this truth, by collapsing natural difference and replacing it with fluid identities, determined by the feeling of the moment.
Roger Scruton warned that:
"When truth becomes relative, ideology takes the place of reality."
This is exactly what happens with such laws: biological reality is replaced with ideological reality, and then a new social, psychological paradigm, a new ethnoculture, is created. While politics is imposed as a new morality.
President Begaj, at the end of the legal term, could have remained silent. Albania does not need this silence!
That is, the president can decree, he can reject, or he can remain silent! These are the three legal options on the president's desk regarding draft laws voted in the Albanian Parliament. But silence on the draft law during the twenty days of the legal deadline on the president's desk automatically produces the decree of the law.
If the president is 'silent' towards an act with such weight as no other bill in the history of Albania, it reminds me of Pontius Pilate, who instead of defending the right, chose silence:
“Unë jam i pafajshëm për gjakun e këtij të drejti,” (Mateu 27:24) deklaroi Pilati pasi vendimin për kryqëzimin e Krishtit ia delegoi klerit Jude’ të kohës, duke refuzuar ta marrë vetë vendimin më të rëndësishëm në histori.
Por Pilati nuk ishte i pafajshëm. Ai u bë pjesë e së keqes përmes mosveprimit.
Edhe Presidenti, duke mos vepruar, i jep dritë jeshile kalimit të ligjit më të debatueshëm të viteve të fundit. Heshtja e tij në këtë rast nuk është neutralitet, por bashkëpunim pasiv.
Dietrich Bonhoeffer – martiri i krishterë që sfidoi Hitlerin, shkruante:
“Heshtja përballë së keqes është e keqe. Vetë mosveprimi është veprim. Zoti do të na kërkojë llogari.”
Me heshtjen, Presidenti Begaj nuk i përgjigjet protestave të qindra qytetarëve, mbledhjes së firmave të mbi dhjetëmijë qytetarëve Shqiptarë që i kërkuan kthimin mbrapsht të projektligjit, familjeve, bashkësive fetare, profesorëve, prindërve, që kërkuan të mos dekretohej.
Presidenti mund dhe të hesht!
Heshtja s’është vetëm mospërgjegjësimarrje, heshtja është mjeti efikas i zhbërjes së moralit kolektiv
Hannah Arendt, kur analizonte totalitarizmin, formuloi konceptin e saj të famshëm i njohur si:
“Banaliteti i së keqes” në të cilin spjegon se “e keqja nuk kryhet nga demonë, por nga burokratë që thonë: Unë vetëm po bëj detyrën time.”
Presidenti, me heshtjen e tij dhe pa asnjë shpjegim publik, është duke u sjellë pikërisht në këtë mënyrë: një figurë neutrale që lejon rrjedhën e proceseve, duke menduar se kjo e shpëton.
Por pikërisht ky është thelbi i banalitetit të së keqes: MOSKUNDËRSHTIMI I SAJ.
Pilati nuk ishte më pak fajtor se turma që kërkoi kryqëzimin. Turma bërtiti; Pilati heshti. Dhe në fund…Zoti i kërkoi llogari të gjithëve, në veçanti njeriut të veshur me pushtet.
Ja katër arsye themelore pse heshtja e Presidentit është në thelb e keqe!
Sepse, heshtja legjitimon të keqen!
Mosveprimi i Presidentit jetëson një ligji të deformuar ideologjikisht, duke e bërë atë pjesë të trupit juridik të vendit. Heshtja kthehet në vulë.
Sepse, heshtja tradhton rolin kushtetues!
Presidenti është gardiani i balancës dhe moralit institucional. Ai nuk është noter i qeverisë. Kur një ligj bie ndesh me vlerat e shumicës, Presidenti është frena e fundit. Heshtja e delegjitimon këtë rol.
Sepse, heshtja përbën braktisje morale të shoqërisë!
Ndërsa qytetarët protestonin me pankarta “Ka vetëm dy gjini, mashkull dhe femër”, Presidenti duhej të dëgjonte dhimbjen e tyre. Por ai u mbyll në kullën sterile të presidencës.
Sepse, heshtja prodhon precedent të rrezikshëm!
Nesër çdo ligj ideologjik mund të kalojë pa kundërshtim, sepse Presidenti e ka dëshmuar se frika është më e fortë se detyra. Ky është terri moral ku vendet rrëshqasin drejt autokracive me fytyrë liberale.
Mijëra qytetarë u mblodhën për të kundërshtuar ligjin, duke mbrojtur vlerat e Familjes dhe traditës, identitetin biologjik dhe të drejtën e fëmijëve për t’u rritur larg ideologjisë gjinore.
Rama reagoi me përçmim, duke i quajtur protestat zëra pa peshë. Madje u shpreh;
"Let the dogs bark, the caravan moves on."
This phrase is not from a democratic leader, but from an ideologue who sees the people as a number, an entity without any value, or background noise. Such leaders have the habit of calling themselves “nobles,” while their opponents – “dogs.”
But a law that must impose silence to pass cannot be noble. A law against the will of the majority is antidemocratic.
The law of gender equality is neither noble nor innocent. It is an important cornerstone in the left's ideological project to reformat the human being and the family according to an anti-human and countercultural model.
The president, with his silence, is not standing on the side of the people, nor on the side of social morality, nor on the side of freedom. He is standing on the side of fear.
And the fear of leaders is the window through which darkness enters.
Bonhoeffer was right:
“Inaction is action.”
