Christians as responsible citizens in the country where they work and live are commanded to obey the laws in force, just as the apostle of the nations Paul in his letter to the Romans commands Christians at that time and at all times to obey them to the state authorities with these words, which are law and axiom for the ethics, moral and social code of Christians: "Let every man submit to the superior powers, because there is no power except from God; and the powers that be, are ordained of God.
Therefore he who opposes the power, opposes the command of God; and those who oppose him will take the punishment upon themselves. Because you don't have to fear your superiors for good deeds, but for bad ones; will you not be afraid of power? Do good, and you will have praise from him, because the superior is God's servant to you for good; but, if you do bad things, be afraid, because you don't wear your sword in vain; for he is God's servant, an avenger full of wrath against him who does evil. Therefore it is necessary to submit to him, not only out of fear of wrath, but also for reasons of conscience" (Romans 13 1-5).
In an orderly society there must be state authority, law and also obedience to the law, otherwise human society would be a jungle, an anarchy. Therefore it is better with government than without government and state.
Despite the fact that there are no perfect governments on earth: "for the whole world lies in the evil one" (1 John 5-19), but still it is better with a government than without a government, that is why the apostle Paul wrote these words to Christians when upon them and the Apostolic Church had begun the infamous persecution of the schizophrenic, diabolical emperor Nero (37-68 AD), who himself set fire to Rome to build his palace and was justified by accusing Christians as guilty and arsonists. From there we have the beginning of the century-long persecution of Christians by the pagan Roman empire, where for three centuries 11 million Christians were martyred, again Christians had to obey the government and state laws, in the smooth running of society, as against corruption, brutality, malice, towards every human being and nature itself.
This is the reason why Christians are social beings obedient and cooperative towards the government, but of course there is an exception when they do not obey and commit "anarchy", when the government of any power demands by force of law or arbitrariness that Christians obey the laws and ordinances, which conflict with their belief in one God, with Christian doctrine and morality, that is, with those laws that are against God, man and nature. created by: “The Creator who is blessed in eternal life. Amen". (Acts 1-25)
In this case, contrary to the law, a Christian citizen is not obliged to obey the law of the state, but must obey the voice of conscience as a Christian, the voice of God, obey the divine laws, doctrine and church canons.
The Christian opposes with citizenship, courage, argument on the divine truth that has no rivalry, is not humbled by state pressure until he agrees to take upon himself even the anger of people up to martyrdom but never compromises with evil, anti-God, anti-human, anti-creature, in whatever form it appears, because in this case the axiom works: "Judge, if it is right before God, that we listen to you rather than to God" (Acts 4- 19).
Let's talk concretely.
The country's government has proposed a: DRAFT LAW ON SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH; that seeks to regulate sexual health and the problems arising from it by law.

Undoubtedly, it is the government's duty to improve the laws as much as possible for the problems of society's sexuality and health, this should also be welcomed, because sexuality for Christians is a gift from the Creator to humanity and this also affects the well-being of not only individuals but also of the people who, like him, use instinct and sexual energies.
I think that what Christians do not agree on in this draft law may be some points, but let's stay with three articles and subsections of this draft law that contradict the moral doctrine and the Christian vision of human life and the progress of sexuality.
For example, in Article 10 (Family planning) we are told:
5. Every individual has the right to undergo sterilization only with his written consent, in the health institutions of the hospital service.
a. Every woman over the age of 18 has the right to sterilization without the permission of the Commission for medical evaluation, in the relevant health institution.
c. Every male over 23 years of age has the right to sterilization without the permission of the Commission for medical evaluation, in the relevant health institution.
For performing individual sterilization voluntarily and not as an accident or medical intervention due to an illness, the Catholic Apostolic and Christian Church is completely against. In fact, this constitutes a prohibited practice since early Christianity and sanctioned by church canons.
Involuntary sterility although in the Bible in the Old Testament was seen as a rebuke for generational sins such as the prophet Hosea says with a curse: "Give them, O Lord... What will you give them? Give them a failing womb and exhausted breasts (Hosea 9-14), in the New Testament in Christ, sterility does not constitute a reprehensible biological disability, which must be fought or cured by any means, because Christ said: "For there are eunuchs who were born as such from their mother's womb; there are eunuchs who have become eunuchs of men, and there are eunuchs who have become eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven. He who can understand it, let him understand it''. (Matthew 19 12).

This word of Christ was misinterpreted by the first Christians, taking it literally, even doing voluntary sterilization, but the words of Christ are interpreted by the Church in the spirit, which means to become a eunuch for the kingdom of heaven, that is, you remain a virgin willingly. to serve 100% the Kingdom of God on earth.
Therefore, even though there were zealous Christians who sterilized themselves to remove sexual temptation, such as Origen, (III century), etc., again the church condemned this misinterpreted practice and prohibited it with church canon since the apostolic and synodial time.
Canons tells us that:
• "A person who has himself been castrated (sterilized) cannot become a cleric" (Canon 22).
• "A Cleric who damages his body (castrates himself) must be de-hierotonized" (Canon 23).
• A lay person who harms his own body (castrates himself) is put out of communion for three years" (Canon 24).
"Anyone who has become a eunuch due to some illness or persecution can remain a cleric. But if he did it on his own accord, you should be disappointed. Even "such persons cannot rise to holy ecclesiastical degrees" (Canon 1) (first Ecumenical Synod).
Castration has been an early method of de-masculinization since the ancient Chinese 5000 BC for the interests of masters who kept eunuchs as slaves, and a eunuch slave was much more expensive than another slave. The eunuch not only had no possibility of reproduction but also impotence, and even hormonal changes due to the lack of testosterone found in the testicles, therefore those who became such lost not only their masculinity but also the possibility of creating a normal family. Positioned in such conditions, they live in an abnormal and fluctuating psychological state, between hatred towards those who caused them, or themselves who inflicted this mutilation on themselves, melancholy and despair and even more suffer from aggressiveness as a result of the lack of testosterone , which significantly affects the psychological state and social relations.
We say this to understand that voluntary sterilization, which is required to be protected by law in this draft law, is not only a sin, a rebellion against the Creator who created male and female for the purpose of heterosexual union for reproduction, an ethical and moral evil. prohibited by church canons, a physical evil against nature that has sexuality necessary in all species that reproduce by sexual union, but it is also an evil against itself, beyond repair. Therefore, do not remember that those who are encouraged or protected by this law will find the lost paradise with sterilization.
Legislated sterilization also promotes infertility and becomes a demographic problem such as depopulation, as in our small country in number, not only from the geographical position, but also from the hemorrhaging of mass immigration for years, and it is in our interest to promote fertility and not sterilization .

Voluntary termination of pregnancy
4. Voluntary termination of pregnancy can be performed within the first fourteen weeks of pregnancy, at the request of the pregnant woman and must meet the following requirements:
c) Unmarried minors over the age of 16 can give their own consent to the voluntary termination of pregnancy, but at least one of the parents or legal guardian must be informed of her decision. This notification will not be carried out if the minor has convincing reasons that the notification will lead to a clear risk of domestic violence, threats, coercion, abuse or abandonment.
This article with its points accepts and legislates the board.
For the Christian, intercourse after conception at any embryonic stage is considered the sin of murder.
Abortion as an action has unfortunately been carried out since ancient times by people, but the ancient people who knew less than us about what happens inside the mother's womb, still considered abortion a murder. According to the laws in the Roman Empire, whoever did this act was punished with death. This condemnation was reinforced by Christianity condemning abortion as murder both by the Church and by states that were founded on Christian laws, but in the 20th century feminist movements began to emerge, first in atheistic Bolshevik Russia that applied abortion to legalized.
Over time, this movement took on the size of an organization, influencing public opinion with all legal media means and ways. Abortion, which seemed bad and punishable before, began to be acceptable and allowed to be performed without any kind of moral obstacle, both in European countries and later around the world, being protected by law even in post-atheist Albania.
This abortion discourse was made by liberal societies by misinterpreting: the "Charter of Human Rights" of the UN; "that everyone has the right to personal liberty and security."
Here the question arises: "Which life should be protected more, the life of the embryo which is a person in itself and cannot speak, whose silent cry cannot be heard, or the right of the woman who seeks to act as it pleases, for what is it planted and developed in her body?"
Many legislators, even worse gynecologists who are in favor and perform abortions in state and private clinics do not consider the fetus a human being and abortion a crime, but there are honest doctors who tell the truth about this anti-human phenomenon.
French professor Jeronim Lezen writes on the issue of abortion that:
"Because the destruction of an embryo of whatever age it may be is equivalent to the killing of a human being and it continues and says: "The beginning of a human being belongs to the moment of conception and this human being is a perfect and special thing because cannot be replaced by something else".
Dr. Ernest Hunt during a scientific research came to a conclusion that the fertilized egg is not just a mass of cells but is completely and totally the life of a human being which has as much vitality in itself as an infant, a child, a young man and elderly, therefore abortion kills human life, even in the initial steps of life."

The Orthodox Church has been and is strongly opposed to abortion. The church is based on the law that God gave to Moses: "Thou shalt not kill" (Exodus 20-13), as well as on the teaching of Christ who said: "It was said to the ancients, "Thou shalt not kill", but I am telling you: "Whoever He who is angry with his brother without cause will be punished for murder" (Matthew: 5-21).
The apostolic canons condemn with excommunication those Christians who do such an act.
Saint Basil the Great in his second canon says: "That a woman who has an abortion of her own free will should be denied the right to any mystery for the rest of her life, but for reasons of economy at least 10 years." Men who force women to have an abortion are not excluded from this canon, even they are punished more because they are the cause of scandal for girls and women, just as God said: "In this world scandals will come, but woe to the one who brings them".
Even today, the Orthodox Church, despite having reduced the time of punishment (kenosa) for the correction of sin, still maintains the same moral attitude towards abortion, considering it a murder and more serious than murder, because innocent children are killed who cannot they can protect themselves and the biological parents kill their children.
The fathers of the church speak of this mortal sin:
Saint Clement of Alexandria: "Women who use certain types of lethal drugs for abortion kill not only the embryo, but with it all human goodness."
It is not lawful to destroy the unborn child, nor is it lawful to kill a child that is already grown. A man falls into the greatest iniquity by committing either of these." St. Ignatius of Antioch
"He that hindereth birth is indeed a murderer; for he killeth not the body, but destroyeth the soul." (Saint Joan Gojarti, Homily)
The Church reprimands those who are baptized and have had an abortion should not in any way receive communion with the Body and Blood of God without confessing the sin of abortion and they can receive communion only with the permission of the confessor.
Abortion can only be tolerated by the Church in one case when pregnancy and childbirth endanger the life of the mother, but in this case the mother is free to decide whether she or her child should live. This decision is made with prayer, counsel and a spirit of repentance. Mothers who agree to die to give birth to their child are considered martyrs and are ranked with the saints in the Orthodox Church.
We should all know that this macabre crime committed every day in slaughterhouses (medical clinics) by doctors like butchers, justified by irresponsible legislators and committed by bloodthirsty and heartless parents, is the main cause of collective, global punishment in this unfaithful, immoral and murderous generation, that even when they are visited by natural disasters and war out of fear for their lives, turn to God to help them, but He does not listen to them, as we are told in the prophet Isaiah: "When you lay your hands, I hide my eyes from you; even when you multiply your prayers, I do not listen, your hands are full of blood. Wash, be clean, remove from my presence the evil of your actions, do no more evil" (Isaiah 1,15-16).
To allow boarding at 14 weeks as the bill tells us is even more anti-humane and discriminatory for these small children in size but not in terms of their importance as any human being. It is something else to allow by law a 16-year-old, an instinctively and emotionally unformed teenager to have an abortion without asking her parents, that is, to decide for herself, when we know that in order to vote or to be provided with a driver's license, the age of 18 is required. means to let this teenager do whatever she wants with herself even with the fennia in her belly, free to decide on crimes of passion, driving like a drunk in the abyss of the sin of fornication to the sin of murder without any warning signs , from parents and society. Calling the law care for this unformed age, they say to this, whore, cut and kill that the law of "freedom" protects you.

1. Surrogacy is made on the basis of a written agreement between the woman who wants to have a child, but who is in conditions of medical impossibility, and the woman who will carry the fetus in her uterus and give birth to the child on her behalf the first.
2. Children born according to the technique of assisted medical reproduction through surrogate pregnancy are subject to the provisions of the Family Code for surrogate adoption."
Christian ethics is against surrogacy, this phenomenon of modern times aided by the development of medical technology. According to the Christian doctrine, the heterosexual union of parents transmits not only the genetic element for the formation of the body but also the soul, that in the person of Adam, God created the human race, and that in Adam the potential for the soul and body of every human was given, this is the opinion of many holy Fathers, therefore the sexual act for reproduction is and should be an act of love, gentle, non-violent and mechanical.
The avoidance of naturalness in the birth of a sorrugato woman where a zygote (fertilized egg) is mechanically inseminated creates problems with the embryo, the fetus and the child as a psycho-somatic being, because parental love is not transmitted and this is an anticipatory tomorrow for the child and parents.
Even more so when surrogacy is used, the child is seen as an object that is produced against an agreement and monetary donation. The woman's body as a rented production field and the miracle of motherhood is viewed simply as a machine without the emotion and feeling of motherhood.
The sorrugato woman, even though dishonest doctors tell her that she is just a box, a hotel room that only serves the fetus with blood through the placenta where the embryo is placed, she automatically becomes mother nature. Serious scientific studies show the opposite of what charlatan and money-hungry doctors say publicly in the media that there is no connection between the sorrugato mother and the fetus, but this is contradicted by the very name mother, which means that in her body there is no a piece of flesh is formed but a human being with soul and body that gives and takes with the body and soul of the sorrugato mother, leaving an indelible mark on each other.

The holy fathers did not even foresee today's sins and how far the misuse of technology from selfishness and greed would go until it treated motherhood as mechanical work and the child as a commodity for sale, and this seems like the normal of society and protected by law the state, they say to this: "o tempos o mores" (o time of madness)
Therefore, surrogacy is not a solution to the problem of infertility, but opens many serious, biological, moral, ethical, social problems in this unfaithful and immoral generation.
In surrogacy we also have adultery, because between the couple who are one flesh, a third party enters, even though it is a contract. Therefore, it has been seen that this method weakens the marital relationship of couples, because for example if a surrogate mother can definitely develop some intimate feelings towards the sperm donor, because we said that we have the cellular and genetic union between the surrogate mother and the man who offers the sperm, and here they become one flesh among themselves even though the genetic union was done in a laboratory and they had no sexual contact.
Not only that, but the man may perceive the fertility of the surrogate mother as a miracle and may attribute more value to her compared to his sterile wife who cannot reproduce. Such a situation can endanger the marital relations of couples until divorce, as has happened between couples.
We have psychological problems in children when they grow up and recognize the reality of how they came into the world not in a natural way, or we have the risk of adapting children from unnatural couples such as marriages between LGBT people, or single parents, or any anti-human exploitation.
Above all, the discourse of a child production industry as a commodity with many profits, or their rejection not only by the surrogate mother, but also by the donor parents, when they repent, break the contract or die, where do these children end up, or stock goods that they don't know where they will end up with wholesale sales, as is commonly happening in the world, although with stricter laws than ours. Therefore, France, Italy, Greece have not approved this law even though they are much more developed than us.

It offends the dignity of the woman and the sanctity of the conjugal union, as well as the human rights of the child. Surrogate motherhood represents an unacceptable commodification (the act or process of treating something as a mere commodity) of human life, as it treats children as objects to satisfy the desires of adults" (Message to the World Summit of Religious Leaders, October 2007).
Therefore, the Apostolic Church and Christians, but I believe also those who believe in a Creator God, are against this draft law, because even though it seems very avant-garde and that they made us like the whole of "Europe", it is against God the Creator, it is against natural life, human, therefore the public reaction of believers should be against this draft law and should not obey the state, because: "Judge, if it is right before God, that we listen to you more than to God" (Acts 4-19 ).
