CNA has uncovered the threads that connect Ajola Xoxa with Elman Abule and Marisa Nito. Spouses Elman Abule and Marisa Nito own and administer the companies "Rametal", "Sapientia", "Ventus", which are the main clients of the companies linked to citizen Ajola Xoxa and her family members.

According to the decision made public by the GJKKO, it results that only from "Rametal" sh.pk and "Sapientia" sh.pk, according to issued invoices, reconciliations, and bank documents, "Partners Law", as well as the companies actually controlled by citizen Ajola Xoxa, "Ava Studio" sh.pk and "Arts Lab" sh.pk, including the natural person, Greta Domi, have collected a total amount of 30,766,626 lek.

So, E lman Abule and Marisa Nito give more than 300 million lek to Ajola Xoxa for legal consultancy .

The funniest detail in this story is the fact that Marisa Nito's "Sapientia" is a company that provides legal consulting services and pays Ajola Xoxa's companies 300 million lek for legal consulting .

Invoices for tens of thousands of euros were given by the Abule and Nito couple to Ajola Xoxa, and this is shown by communications between Ajola Xoxa's financier, Adela Kondakçiu, and Marisa Nito herself.

But "Rametal" is not only billed by Ajola Xoxa through "Partners Law", but also by Ajola Xoxa's mother, Valbona Xoxa , as well as Ajola's uncle, Erald Simixhiu, who legally appear as owners of two LLCs that are actually controlled by citizen Ajola Xoxa.

These communications, which demonstrate the financing method of citizen Ajola Xoxa in both companies managed by her, from a commercial entity whose owner is closely linked to the Municipality of Tirana, both due to personal acquaintance with its mayor, Erion Veliaj, and with benefits related to the municipality that this citizen runs, also raise questions regarding another company, named "Jedas", for which the economist of "Rametal" sh.pk reports that there are several unliquidated payments to citizen Ajola Xoxa's financier, Adela Kondakçiu.

Adela, for her part, on page 12, replies: " We are okay with Rametal. I HAVE TALKED TO THE BOSS ABOUT IT, THERE IS NO PROBLEM ."

Considering that Adela's "boss", according to all communications from the proceeding body, is citizen Ajola Xoxa, it seems that there is a suspicion that the "Jedas" company is also related to the latter.

Further, the economist of "Rametal" sh.pk tells Adela on page 13: "I just received a confirmation from the boss. Next week we will proceed with a payment of 30,000" (supposedly in euros) .

On page 15, Adela asks her to confirm whether any payments have been made. The economist responds on page 16: “By Friday, we will close all invoices according to confirmation with the bosses.”

In fact, on page 18 of the communications, the economist of "Rametal" sh.pk sends Adela two payments made on 20.09.2023. Specifically, it concerns the payment made to "Partners Law" sh.pk in the amount of 37,200 euros, for the liquidation of invoices no. 3/2023, 4/2023, 17/2023.

The next payment is made to "Ava Studio" in the amount of 18,000 euros, for the liquidation of invoice 2/2023 . But, after thanking her, Adela Kondakçiu reminds her that there are also several invoices that have been issued to the company "Sapienta" and that she should talk about their payments once. Page 19.

First of all, according to the proceeding body, it should be clarified that the company "Sapientia" of the limited liability commercial form was established and is represented by citizen Marisa Nito, wife of citizen Elman Abule, who owns the company "Rametal" sh.pk, which made the payments mentioned above.

But the payments, as understood from the communications and as it results from the bank documents, are not only made by the company "Rametal" sh.pk in favor of the wife of the mayor, but also the latter's mother-in-law, but also by the other company of the wife of the owner of "Rametal", "Sapienta" , citizen Marisa Nito.

This is just a part of the investigative file that proves the payments that Ajola Xoxa and her family members received from Elman Abule and Marisa Nito for legal consultancy.

In his own statements, Elman Abule admits that he paid Ajola Xoxa for consultancy on a property that cost 1 million euros.

" The declarant states that he knows citizen Ajola Xoxa because the latter and his wife are close friends. He states that for the last 4-5 years he has had business relations with Ajola, as she has provided legal services to his companies. Regarding these services, he indicates that he has talked to Ajola in the presence of Marisa. He received legal services in cases when Marisa did not take responsibility for major issues. Asked about a specific service where Ajola Xoxa's service is evidenced, he explains that it is the case when she provided consultancy for the purchase of a property that cost 1 million euros. He does not remember the payment for this service, but indicates that she provided consultancy in drafting the property purchase contract and several contracts were drafted since the history of the property has been long. Asked whether the consultations were documented, that is, if there were written documents, the declarant states that Marisa should be asked about this ," the file states.
