CNA is revealing more details from the file regarding Ajola Xoxa's suspicious activity through her NGOs. Today we are bringing very interesting details reflected in the court decision on the "Veliaj-Xoxa" case.

The data shows that the "Harabel" organization offered art courses, which financier Adela Kondakçiu states were held in the office premises at Sky Tower, which were used as teaching spaces in the afternoon.

The instructor of these courses was Eni Zeneli, who is the wife of Driant Zeneli, the executive director of “BYLA”. These courses were held for a period of about a year to a year and a half, where the participants received various artistic lessons. As for the payments, they were collected by Anxhela Muça, who then left the money on the table to make the relevant invoices.

Payments were mainly made in lek, with very few cases of payments in euros. In parallel, Ajola Xoxa has occasionally given euros in amounts of 10,000 or 20,000 euros, saying to wait for invoices because the children's parents had given her a prepayment for several months for art courses.

Details regarding invoices and money management are very important to understand how the finances for these courses were administered and how the final transactions were documented in the accounts of the entities managed by Ajola.

According to the data in the investigative file, it is explained that the courses conducted over a period of about 1 and a half years seem to be confirmed by the statements of citizen Driant Zeneli.

In this regard, from the partial examination of the expert data of the mobile phone of citizen Driant Zeneli, seized by decision of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, in addition to proving that Ajola Xoxa is the person who decides on the financial aspect of "Harabel", it is also established that some of the invoices for these art courses were fictitiously issued, raising suspicions according to the proceeding body that in this case too we are facing a scheme to launder the proceeds of the criminal offense.

In its conclusions, the court concludes that there is a lack of transparency regarding the periodic annual declarations that the citizen under investigation, Ajola Xoxa, was required to make to the ILDKPI, regarding her very active engagement in this center, especially the engagement related to the financial aspect of the organization.

We recall here that from these art courses alone, "Harabel" has invoiced around 7,000,000 lekë. The invoices, as proven in the case of the NGO "Frobolous", are fictitiously issued and in at least one case they were returned back to citizen Ajola Xoxa, who had previously given him lek in cash for their performance.

Citizen Ajola Xoxa has arranged for the transfer of funds from individuals to the bank account of "Harabel", in the form of sponsorship, but which was mistakenly written "invoice liquidation" by the bank transfer order. Citizen Ajola Xoxa has always had money in euros, in large denominations, which it turns out were kept by her for a long time.

Financier Adela Kondakçiu says she is not surprised because Ajola has always given her cash to make various payments. She often gave her 500 euro banknotes, which were damaged, moldy, and she had problems using them or converting them into lek.

This scheme shows the abuse committed by Erion Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, through art courses in centers that received most of the funds from the Municipality of Tirana under Erion Veliaj's signature.
