CNA is bringing more communications between two employees of Ajola Xoxa's NGO, financier Adela Kondakçiu and former BYL-A director Ina Goxhaj.
The two employees say that the actual owners of the NGO are greedy and vampires.
The financier and the former director express concern about how the fictitious invoices will be justified, while it is emphasized in the investigative file provided by CNA that the benefits of the funds from the Municipality of Tirana will go to the final beneficiaries, that is, those who actually manage the NGO under investigation.
Ina Goxhaj and Adela Kondakçiu reveal how the funds work after they are transferred to the NGO account, at least in the specific case of "BYL-A".
-Ina Goxhaj : "Is there anything new from the company?"
-Adela Kondakçiu : "We need to make the transfers today. So, the funds that have been received must be transferred to the people who will be paid and I will transfer a payment to you as well."
-Ina Goxhaj: "Wow, with this news, I was completely shocked."
This is where the communication becomes interesting and coincides with the conclusions that the prosecuting body has reached regarding part of the mechanism that is suspected to have been used by the citizens under investigation, to ultimately benefit from sums of money, which originate from sponsor funding for the case of the NGOs managed by citizen Ajola Xoxa.
-Adela Kondakçiu: "I still don't know if we will return these funds, that is, in any case you are a special case and I will discuss it with Ajola."
-Ina Goxhaj: "Don't tell me I'll give it to you? Why me, a special case?"
-Adela Kondakçiu: "The possibility is that they will call us as wages."
-Ina Goxhaj: "Because it doesn't make sense, Adela, it's illogical. Even though I'm not investing, it's enough that I'm convinced, that I'm signing, and you know that tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, I'll ultimately be responsible for the signature."
-Adela: "We who are staff, they said that we would be paid. But Ajola didn't know that BYL-A has no projects. And it doesn't pay the staff."
-Ina Goxhaj: "Please, how much do you think I should have?"
-Adela Kondakçiu: "That is, you are not the only special case. From the above, it is clearly understood that the payments are set by Ajola Xoxa and they are made based on the consideration of whether or not the person is a 'special case'."
-Ina Goxhaj: "Minimum wage."
-Adela: "Me too. That we both have to be paid by BYL-A. The payment is about 26,000 lek because commissions will be kept."
-Ina Goxhaj: "But will both be thrown or just one?"
-Adela: "They will be thrown separately."
-Ina: "Let's throw the embassy's stuff at us and put our minds to sleep. Let's close the holes."

From the communications it seems that citizen Ajola Xoxa is activated again for the contemporary dance festival, because Adela Kondakçiu informs Ina that they are making a contract with the Ministry of Culture for the festival again. So, it is not Ina Goxhaj who informs the financier, but vice versa. The contract will be for sponsorship. Ina Goxhaj replies that it is about the one from yesterday that had to do with the budget that HAD been sent yesterday. Adela confirms it and adds that it has been approved, Keti (Ketrina Braho) had told her. That is, Ina Goxhaj as executive director of "BYL-A" is informed that a project has been approved with the Ministry of Culture by an employee of Ajola Xoxa. Adela adds that the contract is being prepared and that it is very urgent.
-Ina Goxhaj: "I can't be absent. After work, I come and sign it. But during working hours, it's difficult because if I move, I have to replace him for the hours I'm absent. Is it necessary today or not?"
Here Adela suggests the same method as they used previously with the other NGO that is actually managed by citizen Ajola Xoxa.
-Adela: "Then maybe we can do it with a power of attorney for a person to sign in your name like they do at 'Harabeli'."
-Ina Goxhaj: "A power of attorney can only be made specifically in relation to this project. So that I can see it, please. So that I know what I am signing."
-Adela: "Listen, there's no need for a power of attorney. The contract will be ready on Monday and we'll take it in person for you to sign and return it to him. Is that okay?"
-Ina Goxhaj: “Okay.”
So, the contract is submitted to Ina Goxhaj at the end and only to be signed by the latter.

On page 762, "BYL-A" appears to be sponsored by Albtelekom and Ina Goxhaj knows nothing about it. In fact, Adela informs her about this, who tells her that she will bring her a sponsorship contract from this company.
When Ina Goxhaj tells her that she has signed one, Adela responds negatively.
Ina Goxhaj says she would meet Ilda, because she (Ejona Isufaj) is acting like a boss in vain.
-Adela gives him an order: "Try to protect your job. And tell him that we have made many payments, etc., etc. Because they will try to reduce and demand the money. IN THE MEANTIME WE WILL ALSO SEE THE REPORT TO MAKE ON THE REAL PAYMENTS."
-Ina: "Trash. It doesn't leave you alone."
-Adela: "YES, THERE ARE 3-4 THOUSAND DOLLARS LEFT THERE, INA. I don't know what to say. I'm speechless."
-Ina says that Eraldi told her this: "Oh, friend, they will remember. Wait a day. How low. Trash."
-Adela: "How can these people escape anything?"
-Ina: "Because I get very irritated. When will they get enough?"
At this point, after telling her to go to the meeting with Ilda smiling, Adela tells her that they have information about them (the bosses).
Specifically, Adela tells Ina: "And explain that you have some information and I have some. How to protect yourself, you protect me too."
Ina replies that she will tell him.
Adela: "They'll leave us penniless."

Ina predicts what they will say about the project money with the American Embassy and says precisely: "They will say they want the USA money."
-Adela replies: "Oh no, my dear. What if this project had no cost? How could we not have spent all this money if we had taken it and let them do whatever they wanted."
-Ina Goxhaj responds: "SHE TOLD ME TO MANAGE IT YOURSELF, NOW SAY WHAT HAPPENED."
The communication becomes even more interesting when Adela says: "THEY WILL MOST LIKELY ASK US FOR THE MONEY THAT WE ALSO GAVE US FROM KRK."
So, Adela Kondakçiu openly states that the money that has passed from the project financed by the National Youth Congress, which in turn is financed with quite considerable amounts by the Municipality of Tirana, risks being passed to the real end beneficiaries, that is, those who actually manage the NGO under investigation.
-Ina Goxhaj: "I shouldn't take the pressure, you understand. DON'T TELL ME, GIVE ME THOSE FROM KRK."
-Adela then reminds him that he has to pay tax for dual employment and says: "I told Keti and she told me to discuss it with Ajola."

-After the meeting that is thought to have taken place with citizen Klotilda Bushka, Ina Goxhaj says: "Yesterday's meeting was very formal. She just wanted information on how it went and how it was organized."
-Adela was asked by an embassy employee if they had other sponsors. Adela said no. Ina Goxhaj replies: "No, no, we are not Ajola in this part."

From the communications it appears that the organization "SHIZI" is connected to citizen Klotilda Bushka.
-Ina Goxhaj : "I understand you very well. But the last time I spoke to Greta, what are you going to do with 'Shizi'? Why don't you inform Ilden because Adela is the one who will pay. I told her that. She said I want to leave her alone. And then I asked BYLA about this."
-Adela: "Because if I tell Ilda, you know how things go then. And I don't want to go to extremes for anyone."
All communications on the following pages relate to the suspicions that Adela Kondakçiu and Ina Goxhaj have regarding two citizens, Greta Kokalari and Erald Ismaili, who are thought to have received a significant amount of money from the project with the American Embassy and cannot justify it with expenses. For this reason, both interlocutors are concerned about how they will report to citizen Klotidla Bushka about this.
Again, Ina Goxhaj says she is concerned about reporting to Ilda.
Ina: "And at this point I'm worried that Ilda might say the project is over and why did you receive payment?"
-Adela Kondakçiu: "THE BUDGETS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN INFLATED."
-Ina says: "Well, the money we could have received during the year was pocketed by Ejona and the others."
-Adela: "That is, they have 3-4 salaries and you have zero."
From the communication it is understood that at least in terms of the development of the project with the American Embassy in Tirana, the people who really control "BYL-A" were citizens Klotilda Bushka and Ejona Isufaj, to whom Ina Goxhaj says that she should be reported. The role of citizen Ajola Xoxa comes to light after the completion of this project, that is, in the second half of 2022, when "BYL-A" engages in the project of the International Contemporary Dance Festival.
However, even during this period, Adela Kondakçiu states that she told Ajola to remove her from BYL-A and SHIZI, that she would not deal with them. Ajola told her that she would talk to Ilda and give her an answer.
The intention to produce fictitious invoices in order to justify expenses related to the project funded by the US Embassy is also proven by the communication where Adela states: "Let's try to ask (the hotel) for another offer. For a possible activity on some dates that there is no influx of people."
On page 107 of the communications, Adela expresses regret that the two organizations "BYL-A" and "SHIZI" have been neglected: "It's a shame because these are associations with CVs and have opportunities with the acquaintances of these bosses."
Ina Goxhaj: " WHO LET YOU WORK, THEY WILL END UP TAKING WHAT YOU RISKED TO TAKE YOURSELF. THAT'S WHEN ILDA REMEMBERS THIS MUNICIPALITY'S MONEY. SHE SAYS, GIVE IT TO ME."
Adela, on the other hand, expresses concern: " THESE THOSE WHO PUT US IN DANGER WILL ALSO CALL US, BUT I'M WAITING TO TALK SEPARATELY WITH AJOLA WHEN I GIVE HER THE LIST OF THE MONEY THAT THE STAFF RECEIVED."
Ina Goxhaj replies: "Yes, yes, there are many possibilities. They are definitely VAMPIRES."

These communications clearly show the abuses that have been made with the funds and the greed of the corruption network that starts from the Municipality of Tirana with Erion Veliaj who provides the funds from the socialist MP Klotilda Bushka who, according to SPAK, is involved and ultimately ends up with Ajola Xoxa and her family members.
So it is very clear that the money has gone back into the Veliaj-Xoxa family through NGOs that have transferred the funds they received from institutions into their own accounts.
