Erald Ismaili works for Ajola Xoxa. According to his statements to SPAK and the Court's decision, he runs "Eris Consulting" and, as he himself says, Ajola brought clients. He would take the money and then give the money back to Ajola.

It is enough to look at pages 114 and 115 of the court decision and it is stated that customs has provided SPAK with information about around 130 practices for purchasing personal goods.

All these practices were done by Erald Ismaili, who is an employee of Ajola and he is the strong link.

So, according to court data, it turns out that the value of purchases by Erald Ismaili is around 650 million lek. The rest of the purchases were made by Valbona Xoxa with around 132 million lek worth of goods, including customs, around 23 million lek were made by Ajola and around 30 million lek were made by Ajola Xoxa's mother's "Ava Studio".

So, the scheme is clear.

Erald Ismaili is linked to "Ava", Ajola Xoxa and Valbona Xoxa.

But if you look at the court decision, all purchases made by Erald Ismaili have the address Sky Tower 12/3, that is, Ajola's office controlled by SPAK. The e-mail address [email protected] and her phone number.

Apart from the statements made in SPAK, Erald Ismaili where he says he does not know how these purchases were made, the truth is one. Clothing in the same amount, many hundreds of millions of undeclared lek, confirmed by customs with witnesses who say that those clothes were purchased for Ajola, with Ajola's office address, with Ajola's e-mail, the fact and the proof are with the prosecutors.

Now either the prosecutors were wrong about Erald Ismail and the latter must show where he hid these clothes and with what funds he bought them, where he found the money, or Ajola will have to show where he took them, how he hid them all this time and why her address, her e-mail, her credit card, women's clothing were used, a guy who bought hundreds of millions of lek of women's clothing with the same measurements as Ajola's, that Ajola wears, that Ajola has published on social networks.

There are 130 correct customs practices, which carry an address, Sky Tower 12/3, the e-mail address [email protected]. This has already been proven, but even in the purchases made by Valbona Xoxa and Erald Ismaili there is again the same address, Sky Tower 12/3, Ajola's phone number and another e-mail address that appears to be "fake".

In every purchase that can be claimed, no, we don't have the receipts, no, we don't have them, are they true or false, prosecutors have the customs practices made available by the General Directorate of Customs that show purchases of women made by a boy, who is the connection and employee of Ajola Xoxa, who emphasizes that he has a company, but he gave the clients to Ajola and returned the money to Ajola, that the purchases were made at Ajola's address, with Ajola's phone number, with Ajola's e-mail and they are women's clothing of Ajola's size.

He himself claims that he has nothing to do with these purchases, but Ajola made them.

Now what more facts and evidence do they require than these 130 practices worth about 650 million lekë proven and accepted by customs with an e-mail address, a phone number and evidence, not one but 4 different pieces of evidence that prove that Erald Ismaili was an employee of Ajola Xoxa and that the latter used his name to buy clothes worth hundreds of millions of lekë, including purchases made by her mother or "Ava Studio" or Ajola herself, which amount to about another 200 million lekë.
