"Referring to decision number 95 dated 28.07.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, approved by order 47, dated 10.10.2023 of the Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, against the company 'Integrated Energy BV SPV' in which the 'preventive sequestration' security measure has been imposed on its movable and immovable assets, as well as article 17 point 2 of law 119/2014 'on the right to information' cannot allow filming near the Tirana waste treatment area.

"As mentioned above, the company 'Integrated Energy' is a legal entity under investigation. For this reason, any information regarding the administration of this company, including footage, must be made available to the institutions provided for in special laws," Karaj's response states.

As we emphasized above, we have sent the request to SPAK, we have addressed the special structure, which in response says to address the Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, as it is the one that decides whether we enter or not.
