Other facts come to light from the disclosure of the Court's decision.

CNA is bringing further details that prove that Erion Veliaj was aware of his wife's NGO activities, and even provided her with public spaces for her clients' activities.

Further evidence that citizen Erion Veliaj is active in terms of the progress and promotion of the NGO in question is derived from communications dated 21.04.2022, between citizen Ajola Xoxa and Driant Zeneli.

From these communications, it is established that in Italy, supposedly Venice (Lido), a meeting took place where the mayor of Tirana, his wife and several other foreign citizens were present, including an Italian citizen named Casamonti.

The latter, according to citizen Ajola Xoxa, spoke about "Harabel" and possible collaborations with this organization.

Also, from the same communications, it is established that citizens Erion Veliaj and Driant Zeneli have a relationship, which is related to the latter's activity at "Harabel".

Citizen Erion Veliaj clearly demonstrates that he is not only aware of the activities carried out by his wife in the field of artistic organizations, but also helps in concrete ways when requested by the latter.

The communications reveal a case where citizen Ajola Xoxa requested assistance in making a public space available in connection with an activity that citizen Kushtrim Juniku would hold.
