For more than 10 days, CNA has been revealing the full file of Erion Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa and the SPAK decision to arrest him and businessman Elman Abule and the security measure for the other 7 people.
According to page 183, point 121.20 and the document you see below, it is said that many communications have been found between financier Adela Kondakçiu and the former director of "BYL-A", Ina Goxhaj.
But what stands out is an amount for a specified period dating from 04.01.2022 to 31.07.2022, which clearly shows that an amount of money was received for activities from January to July 2022 from the US embassy in Tirana.
"On page 688 of the communications, a "Federal Financial Report" in English was sent, according to which the period of activity for which the grant was awarded by the Embassy is 04.01.2022 to 31.07.2022.
So, during this entire period, against the guarantee provided by the US Embassy of 18,000 USD, activities are supposed to have been carried out, of which only one was actually carried out, that of June 24, 2022.
In this regard, Adela Kondakçiu on page 691 states that she dated the report from April 1 to July 31, implying that the activities carried out belong to this time period.
Again, the fact that Ina Goxhaj has no control over the "BYL-A" seal comes to the fore, according to the communication on page 692.
She states that Keti (Ketrina Braho) has the seal," the file states, among other things.

Meanwhile, the diplomatic institution that spoke day and night about the fight against corruption, the institution that supported SPAK and GJKKO, is silent.
Should there be any clarifying reaction from the embassy?
Is Ajola Xoxa supportive and clear about the funds she has given to the beneficiary of hundreds of thousands of euros for projects through NGOs.
Also, the man who turns out to have bought about 200 thousand euros worth of clothing with her mother and about 650 thousand euros more was found in documents sent by Albanian customs to SPAK and then declassified by the GJKKO, which clearly show that Ajola Xoxa has spent endless money on her clothes, purchases made by other names.
This GJKKO document and the communications of Ajola Xoxa's associates show quite clearly that it is not only private businesses that have financed Ajola Xoxa or the funds provided by the Municipality of Tirana with the final signature of the expenses provided by Erion Veliaj, but there is also an institution like the US embassy which has financed Ajola Xoxa for various activities and the communications of its staff show quite clearly how and why these funds were used.
Also, CNA in its decisive court disclosures has shown how Ajola Xoxa's associates clearly speak of fictitious invoices for their embezzlements, etc., without going further into how the funds were withdrawn, how the money was injected in other countries or the hundreds of thousands of euros found in safes and taken over by the people who give Ajola Xoxa rent-free villas or benefit from tenders from her husband, the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
