Leaks of investigative materials, interrogations, acts, other documents obtained by institutions, phone surveillance, secret information that was leaked to SPAK, i.e. investigations into various characters or factions of investigative files, fell into the hands of the media .

SPAK has arrested two people, Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj. CNA reported days ago that SPAK had detained them after it was found that they had secret documents on their phones and that these had also been distributed to media people.

THE SCHEME THAT GOES TO FATMIR XHAFAJ

Both people were state employees. One was the former director of the Vlora prison and the other was an employee of the Vlora IMT.

So, we are not dealing with ordinary citizens, but with people, heads of institutions. Not to mention that they are hardened renaissance people, part of the Rama government administration. These people were able to secure and distribute the documents.

AGIM ISMAILI AND THE RELATIONSHIP WITH FATMIR XHAFAJ

SPAK went further and checked the office, which is located in the ETC building, somewhere on the ninth floor, which "coincidentally" also has an office on the same floor as Fatmir Xhafaj, the socialist MP, the man who called himself the father of the justice reform and is now calling it a failure.  "Ora News" reported a few weeks ago about Erion Veliaj's visits to the 9th floor of ETC.

In fact, the two arrested by SPAK, Gjoni and Rrokaj, also have direct and indirect links to Fatmir Xhafaj. The person leading these people is suspected to be citizen Agim Ismaili, former senior official of the SP, former director of Prisons, former director of the AKU and former director of the IMT.

The two people arrested by SPAK, one is in prison and the other is in IMT.

Both institutions were headed by Agim Ismaili, an associate and right-hand man of Fatmir Xhafaj, even in this case "by chance".

So, in Fatmir Xhafaj's office on the ninth floor is his own friend, Agim Ismaili, who also headed the Directorate of Prisons and the IMT, and two people employed by him in these institutions have been arrested.

In fact, Ismaili is suspected of having had a private investigation office, where he collected documents, materials, files for businessmen, politicians, and not just SPAK investigations.

It is suspected that there were also wiretapping devices and other sophisticated tools, in other words, a structured criminal group, as SPAK calls it.

WHO IS DRITAN PALNIKAJ, THE CONNECTION WITH XAFAJ AND ISMAIL

Another person who was later summoned by SPAK is citizen Dritan Palnikaj. Dritan Palnikaj was secretary of the Ministry of Interior, where Fatmir Xhafaj was the minister, for those who don't know, and is the nephew of Agim Ismail. Dritan Palnikaj was summoned to SPAK and important investigative materials were found on his phone.

So, we are not simply dealing with an allusion that Agim Ismaili is Fatmir Xhafaj's friend. No.

Agim Ismaili's nephew was Fatmir Xhafaj's General Secretary, the office is next to Fatmir Xhafaj's office, the people employed are close connections of Fatmir Xhafaj and employed by Agim Ismaili where he headed the IMT and the Prisons Directorate. And he is Fatmir Xhafaj's close man.

It is suspected that this group was set up precisely with the intention that Xhafaj had and what Mayor Erion Veliaj did from prison, the attack in the media against prosecutors and judges , while in parallel materials are being collected and this did not start now, but a long time ago.

On the very day of Erion Veliaj's trial, materials were leaked to the media so that other charges could be filed. Real scenarios of individuals coming around Fatmir Xhafaj or others that go all the way to Mayor Veliaj's lawyers.

But in this case, Agim Ismaili is a friend of Fatmir Xhafaj , in this case his office and that of his associates is on the ninth floor of the ETC near Fatmir Xhafaj , the people who have been arrested are associates of Agim Ismaili , a close friend of Xhafaj. The secret documents are also in the possession of the former secretary general of Fatmir Xhafaj and the nephew of Agim Ismaili, Dritan Palnikaj.

The scheme seems to be more politically clear. Perhaps senior SP officials are aware of what happened, how it happened, why it happened, when it happened and who is the head of this structured criminal group./ CNA
