Accident with two victims in Cërrik/ Police with official reaction

The police have issued an official response regarding the accident that occurred this afternoon on the Mollas-Gostimë road, where two people lost their lives.

According to official information, the victims are the driver of one of the vehicles, citizen Q. Ç., about 63 years old, and the passenger who was with him, citizen DT, about 22 years old.

Meanwhile, it is reported that the driver of the other vehicle, citizen SM, 38 years old, was injured. Meanwhile, work continues to fully clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident.

On the "Mollas–Gostimë" road axis, a vehicle driven by citizen SM, 38 years old, and a vehicle driven by citizen Q. Ç., about 63 years old, were involved in a road accident.

As a result of the collision, the driver of the vehicle, citizen Q. Ç., and the passenger in his vehicle, citizen DT, about 22 years old, lost their lives.

The driver of the other vehicle, citizen SM, was also injured and was transported to the hospital and is under the care of doctors.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is carrying out procedural actions and continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident. / CNA
