Other tentacles of the duo Arbër and Erion Veliaj come to light through the naming of a street in Tirana.

It may seem a bit strange, but the details behind this scheme reveal another act that should not go uninvestigated.

It is about a street in the capital that was named after "Istvan Schutz", a Hungarian Albanologist, in January 2024. So far, there is nothing suspicious.

Istvan Schutz's son, Gergely Schutz, is a director at the company "ONE" and distributes the budgets. The budgets are taken by the mayor's brother, Arbër Veliaj, so he distributes about 5 million euros per year for advertising, advertising production, etc., in function of his company, "Gogel".

So far everything is OK. With the arrival of director Gergely Schutz, at ONE company ,  which came after the merger of “ONE” with “Albtelecom”, another action is taken.

The detail that emerges from this scheme is that the company "ONE" gives money to Arbër Veliaj and then Erion Veliaj names a street in the capital after the father of the director of the company "ONE", who gives money for advertising to Arbër.

This is a clear scheme that really needs to be investigated by SPAK because it is very important to discover whether there is a corrupt affair.

So, the connection is like this: You give me money for your brother, I name the street after him. Or the brother takes the money from "ONE" and the street is named after his brother (Erion Veliaj).

And, finally, the street in the capital is named after the father of the Hungarian director who gives millions and millions of euros of funds to the mayor's brother, Arbër Veliaj./ CNA
