CNA today will reveal another very interesting detail about the investigation, this time centered on the company "AVA Studio", in documents owned by Valbona Xoxa, Ajola Xoxa's mother, but the actual owner is the wife of Mayor Erion Veliaj herself, this is also confirmed in the communications revealed in the court decision.

As highlighted in this dossier, Veliaj and Xoxa distributed the funds to companies owned by themselves or their family members involved in the spider scheme.

"Ava Studio", a company founded on 5.10.2021 and administered by citizen Valbona Xoxa, mother of citizen Ajola Xoxa, turns out to be a company based in Tirana that operates in a wide range of fields, including publishing, art, and culture.

This company's main activity is the publication and distribution of books, magazines and similar materials, the organization of artistic and cultural courses, the realization of events such as festivals, exhibitions and fashion shows: as well as the production and distribution of films and audiovisual materials, etc.

Being a source of income for citizen Valbona Xoxa and assets linked to other individuals in her circle, (Ajola Xoxa and consequently Erion Veliaj) this company presents a special interest for financial analysis.

Through the review of transactions, mainly sales ledger statements and its clients, the aim was to identify the financing, as well as verify the source of income of this company.

But what comes to the surface?

During the inspection carried out at the headquarters of the activity, "Ava Studio" is actually used simply as an apartment and there are no tools, workstations, computers or other facilities for the normal exercise of the activity of the "Harabel" center or the company "Ava Studio" sh.pk.

From the photos that documented the inspection of the environment in question, it is clearly established that the apartment was not adapted in any of its spaces as an office or headquarters of any company.

No documents, workstations, computers or any other type of equipment needed for the smooth running and normal functioning of a business were found by the Bureau's investigators who exercised the control approved by the Special Court of First Instance, it is emphasized in the decision released by the court.

Arbër Veliaj transfers significant funds to "AVA Studios", details

According to the facts revealed in the court decision, the company "Gogel" transfers significant amounts of money to "Partners Law" sh.pk, but also transfers significant funds to the company "Ava Studio" sh.pk, legally owned by the mother of citizen Ajola Xoxa, but "de facto" owned by the latter.

The total amount transferred to the account of “Ava Studio” by “Gogel” sh.pk is 7,468,692 lekë. In one case, while an invoice for the amount of 15,000 euros is issued to “Gogel” sh.pk by “Ava Studio”, the description made in it seems strange, which according to the instructions of citizen Ajola Xoxa, while talking to citizen Adela Kondakçiu seems to be “video production”.

So, "Google" sh.pk, which is a genuine marketing company, pays "Ava Studio" sh.pk, which does not possess any technical or human capacity to produce videos.

In the same communications, citizen Ajola Xoxa, asked by the financier how the description should be made when issuing the invoice, responds "like last time."

Again, for the company "Gogel", owned by the brother-in-law of citizen Ajola Xoxa, brother of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, an invoice is issued by the company "Ava Studio" sh.pk, for the amount of 36,000 euros, with the description "invoicing according to contract".
