I, Xhovan Shyti, am writing to you, with 35 years of contribution as a professional journalist, in the free and anti-communist media. I was provoked to address you with this public letter after I followed you when you passed through the SPAK gate to provide monitoring services for the justice institutions, etc., etc.

I am not dealing with the irregular, anti-protocol procedure you followed for the offer of the service you wanted to provide, after receiving the response from the SPAK information officer. My part of the harassment is related to the exit from the SPAK building and what you said in front of journalists where you mentioned anonymous media and portals, fake news, abusive news, etc.

The irritating question that prompted me to speak out publicly was: How is it possible that you, Aldor Nini, never known in the world of journalism, but thanks to the non-silence of the CNA, well-known as a media censor, find space to give a "lesson" precisely in these anonymous media? Media that you claim to have allies, that you wanted to monitor, etc. etc. What will you monitor them for? Or will you protect them from SPAK, which, as it has done until now, will use the corrupt politics of the incinerators of the "5D" file for its own interests?

Aldor, the media company "City News Albania", which I manage, still has an open account with "Acromax" which you manage. Despite the fact that "City News Albania" has won the legal battle in Germany, the damage of the trauma that you caused us as a censor, and not as a media manager, still remains open.

We will not stop, we will go to every institution, every organization, until you receive the costs for the damage you have caused to Albanians and CNA. Time slows down but it does not forget, you collaborator of the media paid by the money of the incinerators, you tool of Erion Veliaj and the politics of corruption.

I am ready to confront you and your "Acromax" for the painful wound of the damage you have caused us, unjustly. You have destroyed almost 11 thousand videos that contained our exclusive denunciations about the "5D" file, about the incinerators, about Erion Veliaj, about Edi Rama, with whom you are a collaborator and serve, not professionally, but as a censor. You wanted to close "CNA" and therefore you denounced it seven years ago in the interest of Erion Veliaj.

Aldor, you have attacked our page on social networks, although in all the reported materials we have been more than professional, we have cited the sources of information. You have claimed and continue to claim "copyright theft" for sequences that were used in our videos.

We understand you well, we have taken the blame for the mistake, although you, sir, should learn once and for all that in the media, the public's right to information prevails over everything else. How could we keep quiet about the incinerators? Keep quiet about the scandalous affair of extorting public money "5D"? Keep quiet about Erion Veliaj, just because you "had a problem" with copyright?

Aldor, now I'm giving you a final clarification: All the income we should have received from Youtube (because we haven't received a single penny yet), was somewhere around 100 or 1200 dollars for a year, and you asked us for 3 million dollars. Although you lost the battle with CNA in the German court, we are ready to face you in any court in Europe and the world, for the damage claimed by you, that we may have caused to your clients.

Aldor, your damage, resulting from the prevalence of the right to information, is several tens of dollars. The damage you have caused us is several million euros, without taking into account the damage you have caused to Albanians, by blocking their information about affairs, about corruption, about scandals that have occurred in this country. The damage that your "Acromax" has caused by your behavior as a censor is immeasurable./ CNA
