A few days ago, in a reaction on social media, Ajola Xoxa said that she had made purchases worth €75,000, the most online purchases in 10 years.

" Forcibly taken hostage in this media sword and knife dance and confirmed as a hostage by a group of prejudiced people, I was forced to belatedly begin work on identifying the real financial figures related to me in that indictment filled with untruths."

Now I am ready, starting today and in the coming days, to explain in minute detail, narrative and financial, and with full public or legal responsibility, this entire violent bluff, which I will confront all the way to the Strasbourg Court with my complete innocence.

The first part of the great untruth, which I want to dismantle and throw away from myself like a sack that they have thrown over my head to make me walk through the streets, inciting my lynching with spit and stones, is of course the most scandalous one: 800 thousand euros of dresses and jewelry online.

In the hearing on Tuesday, February 11, at the GJKKO, I stated that the figure was outrageous and completely untrue. Then, since Wednesday, accounting experts have been going through every one of my bank accounts in a very fine sieve and have extracted from the bank statements every online purchase of the last 10 years (1.1.2015 – 1.1.2025).

"The total of my online purchases, which include clothing, cosmetic and parapharmaceutical products, accessories, etc. (not including books, digital fees, subscriptions), is for 10 years: 75,025 Euros in total (1.1.2015 – 1.1.2025) ," writes Ajola Xoxa.

Meanwhile, the court decision signed by Judge Erjon Bani indicates that the total expenses of Ajola Xoxa, her mother Valbona Xoxa, and other collaborators amounted to around 869 thousand euros in total.

Of these 869 thousand euros, the decision states that nearly 650 thousand euros were purchased by Erald Ismaili (on behalf of Ajola) and nearly 200 thousand euros were purchased by Ajola Xoxa and her mother Valbona Xoxa. From which Ajola herself, according to the court decision, it appears that she alone purchased about 28 thousand euros of clothing, etc. as part of the amount of 869 thousand euros. 

According to the court decision, prosecutors list 28 thousand euros spent (part of the 869 thousand euros) under Ajola's name, while Ajola Xoxa said she spent 75 thousand euros. So Ajola herself emphasizes that she spent 47 thousand euros more than the amount that prosecutors discovered after the documents submitted by Albanian customs.

We are no longer dealing with 28 thousand euros of purchases in the name of Ajola Xoxa as the prosecutors say, because she says that I have spent almost 47 thousand euros more than the prosecutors found on me, and she emphasizes this in the February 17 Facebook post.

The court decision states 869 thousand euros , while prosecutors must also find the remaining 47 thousand euros declared by Ajola, as this is an amount that is excessive according to her statements, while Ajola Xoxa's connections with family members, relatives, employees, NGOs, the spider web she has set up for purchases and benefits, are something entirely different.

Ajola Xoxa says she spent 75 thousand euros herself, prosecutors have found 28 thousand euros purchased from her, in a total of 869 thousand euros, this value is missing the other 47 thousand euros of the difference that Ajola herself declared.
