Journalist Elvi Fundo made a strong statement this evening, as he spoke about the mega-affair of the incinerators.

Fundo said in an interview with Adi Krastë that Klodian Zoto, one of the people of the incinerators, who has been declared internationally wanted by SPAK, is in Tirana.

" They tell me that Klodian Zoto is in Tirana. Claude should at least repent," he declared.

We remind you that Klodian Zoto is one of the three people hiding behind the theft of millions of euros with the incinerator affair, together with Mirel Mërtir and Stela Gugalljan.

Zoto, Mërtiri and Gugallja are wanted internationally. The Special Prosecutor's Office requested 10 years in prison for Zoto and Mërtir, while 7 years for the latter's co-habitant, Stela Gugalljan.

Since the court has accepted the shortened trial, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri can be sentenced to 6 years and 8 months in prison, while Gugallja can be sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison./ CNA.al
