The executive director of an NGO, Granit Sokolaj, has made a complaint to the Educational Services Center and the Ministry of Education.

He declares that these two institutions are jeopardizing the studies of dozens of graduates who want to apply to universities in Germany.

Through an article on social networks, Sokolaj says that universities in Germany have the deadline for applications until July 15, while the students of the German Project at the "Sami Frashëri" gymnasium have been provided with their diplomas, but without the lists of marks, which they have not even been thrown in e-albania

According to him, this is a way to eliminate the opportunity for high school graduates to apply to universities in Germany and thus forcing them to start their studies in our country.

Sokolaj says that the relevant bodies are mocking the efforts of children and parents and are violating the most basic rights of a child.

It is shameful and irresponsible that the Center for Educational Services, with the knowledge of the Ministry of Education, is jeopardizing the studies of dozens of children who want to apply to universities in Germany. For the latter, the deadline for applications is July 15, while the students of the German Project at the "Sami Frasheri" High School, who yesterday received their diplomas, which are given to them a little earlier than other graduates. But, surprisingly, the grade lists were not posted in e-albania. Although it is said that they will be thrown today, Friday, nothing is happening. Meanwhile, we are in front of Saturday and Sunday, and the documentation requires two stamps in ZVA and QSHA. Apart from these, apostolic seal and then translation and notarization. How will the deadlines be reached? How is it possible that the state institutions issue the diploma and do not give the list of grades along with it? whether in e-Albania at the same time, even though at the end of the diploma it is clearly stated "that it is valid, when accompanied by the list of grades"? Who will be responsible if my child and many others are denied the opportunity to apply for studies in Germany?

How are the most elementary rights of a child violated in this way, to whom you openly say that this country cannot serve you in a more standard time? How do these officials make fun of the work and sweat of children and parents? How is it possible, when in the A1 form, the students have indicated that they want to study abroad and of course, this presupposes that their diplomas should be released earlier than others, and this means the attached list of grades?!

How can the officials be, apart from being incompetent, also totally irresponsible?!

I declare it publicly today and please take a screenshot and save it so that, if my child loses the right to study in Germany for the reasons I listed above, the entire QSHA and the dome of the Ministry of Education, together with the chain of responsibility, will end up in SPAK.

I declare again, that all these people will pay us in any way, in any way, again and again, the sweat and effort of my child and of our two parents!!!!
