Turkish Airlines has decided to put up for sale all of its shares, the 49% it holds in Air Albania, the Albanian airline.
According to Turkish media Haberler.com , the board of directors of Turkish Airlines announced that important developments regarding this issue will be announced to investors.
It is also noted that Turkish Airlines has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) of this decision.
The company's announcement states: "Our board of directors has decided to sell all shares in Air Albania LLC, in which our company has a 49% stake. Important developments regarding this matter will be shared with our investors."
