The Constitutional Court continues its role as "toilet paper"/ Returns

The Constitutional Court has returned the decision for Erion Veliaj to the High Court.

With today's decision, the entire scheme that CNA fought against, "You made a unifying decision, made some changes and implemented it," is revealed.

The "ball" from the Constitutional Court returns to the Supreme Court and there is no decision to release Veliaj from prison. As CNA said and warned, the Constitutional Court has turned into a toilet paper that does not make decisions, but ends up in the "trash", without being clear or giving ambiguous decisions.

Not only in the Veliaj case, but in other cases as well. CNA warned him that he was turning into a toilet paper since he had not come up with a decision before and not now. Since they do not have the courage to face the truth, they intervene and react with such decisions that have no real legal weight and value.

They are simply and only movements, like "toilet paper thrown in the toilet bin", as they are still not showing the values ??that belong to the Constitutional Court.

Especially when a person is facing 13 serious criminal charges and is seeking to be released to destroy evidence as has been proven before. In fact, no one needs such a Constitutional Court, not even Erion Veliaj himself, even if he were to get out of prison.

Nobody needs such a Constitutional Court, as toilet paper simply ends up in the toilet bin. Now it is this same court that is passing the "ball" to Sokol Sadushi, Mero Baze's man, the partisan of the Renaissance, who seeks to become President of the Republic according to information leaked to the media.

The man who initiated a unifying decision, who failed to change it as he wanted to get Erion Veliaj out of prison, and now the ball is thrown to the Constitutional Court, which throws it to the Supreme Court./CNA
