Renowned artist, Tedi Papavami, described his decoration this afternoon with the "Star of the Officer of the Supreme Order of the Eagle" by Prime Minister Edi Rama as a rare appreciation.

In his speech on the occasion, Papavrami said that this decoration comes to him along with the feeling of memories of the time, where games in the neighborhood, childhood friends, but also memories of the high school period and the years in Paris with Rama are intertwined.

 "I am very touched by the words you said because they brought back many memories, such as the insight and communication we once had, when we spoke in Paris many, many years ago. Of course, the very busy political life has made them rare. I am very touched to receive this appreciation today in Tirana, it goes without saying and it is a strange feeling of the path that passes and the path of life. In this hall there are many familiar faces from my earliest childhood, neighborhood friends with whom I played, family members, teachers, family friends.
