"Revanshi" file/ SPAK files charges against Astrit Avdyli, Emiljano Shullazi and 6 other defendants

The Special Prosecution Office has set the charges for one of the factions of the "Revanshi" file, which also includes two well-known names in the justice system, Astrit Avdyli and Emiljano Shullazi.

For Astrit Avdyli - 15 years in prison and after receiving a 1/3 reduction in sentence, he is given 10 years in prison. 

For Emiljano Shullazi - 15 years in prison and after receiving a 1/3 reduction in sentence, he is given 10 years in prison. 

The plea was also set for the other defendants involved in the criminal events. A total of 89 years of imprisonment were requested against them, but they will benefit from a shortened trial.

For Naim Stafuka, 9 years in prison were requested, with a reduced sentence of 6 years in prison.

For Blerim Abazi, 10 years in prison, reduced to 6 years and 8 months in prison with a shortened trial.

For Besian Xhixha, 10 years in prison were requested, which translates to 6 years and 8 months in prison with a shortened trial.

Enver Diva was asked to be sentenced to 10 years in prison, with a reduced sentence of 6 years and 8 months in prison.

For Robert Laçi, 10 years in prison were requested, with a reduced sentence of 6 years and 8 months in prison.

For Gjergj Cukali 10 years and 6 months in prison, with a shortened trial 7 years in prison./CNA
