Elbasan incinerator

24 million euros have been given by the Albanian government for the construction of an incinerator in Elbasan.

This incinerator is nothing but a diesel boiler , which sometimes works and sometimes goes into repair.

For this scandal, the GJKKO Appeal gave a final decision yesterday, sentencing to prison the people behind this affair , Mirel Mërtir, Klodian Zoto, Stela Gugalljan, former minister Lefter Koka, his former secretary, Alqi Blako and other former officials. ( Read here )
