The luxury BMW scandal/ When will Sander Lleshaj resign?

Two months ago, CNA.al published the scandal of buying a luxury car for the Minister of Interior, Sander Lleshaj. A recent BMW model, which according to all data provided on the official website of BMW company, but also on website mobile.de, was worth an average of about 100 million Lek.

For this reason we addressed an official documents to the State Police, the Ministry of Interior and the General Directorate of Road Transport Services. The State Police has not yet responded to us. GDRTS has responded with an answer with two contradictory letters, while the minister began attacking CNA.al.

In a comment on social networks, but also in a speech in parliament, Lleshaj said that BMW had not cost 100 million Lek. In fact, we showed him all the arguments, documents, even those that Sander Lleshaj didn?t like, where the BMW was bought, and how it was bought.

Also, we questioned him why should buy a vehicle with such an expensive price, in midst of pandemic and after the tragic earthquake of 26 November 2019?

With such amount, according to the values published by the Albanian Development Fund, could be built at least four houses for the residents affected by the earthquake. So with that value, that Mr. Lleshaj, the former general turned into ?party? captain, said in parliament, where he arrogantly stated that he would resign if the vehicle cost not 49.000 euros, but 100 million Lek.

Sandri of the Ministry of Interior must understand that 49.000 or 100 million Lek, are anyway great values, although there is a difference between. But, with the document that he himself gave us, he is showing that he must resign, as he himself declared in parliament that ?if the vehicle costs over 49.000 euros, I will resign?.

According to the official letter given by the Ministry of Interior, brought to the editorial office of CNA.al, there are two columns.

One that says the vehicle costs 100 million Lek, and one that says the vehicle costs at least 58.000 euros, purchase invoice, plus VAT. Not to mention the other costs.
So in no case the vehicle cost 49.000 euros.

Now when will Minister Lleshaj resign? Because the vehicle cost at least about 60.000 euros, according to its official values.

Will Minister Sander Lleshaj resign now, since he challenged us in parliament that he would resign if he turned out to have lied?

He is not only a ?captain? of the party, but also a liar. And this is the second time which is proved as such, with the resignation or not of the Minister Sander Lleshaj./CNA.al
