The criminal charge by businessman Andon Dhima/ Prosecution launches investigations on Ben Blushi

The Tirana Prosecutor?s Office has officially started the investigation for forgery of documents, based on the criminal charge that the businessman Andon Dhima has made against the director of Top Channel television, Ben Blushi.

According to this criminal charge, Blushi has made a contract for the purchase of land on behalf of the girl, at a time when his daughter was not in Albania. This scandal was reported some time ago by CNA.al. It is a scandal about the purchase of a property with a market value of 500 million Lek in the center of Korça, in the name of the daughter of the former politician, Ben Blushi, written for only 30.000 euros in the sale?s contract.

At the time of signing the contract on behalf of Natali Blushi, the latter was not in Albania, and this is confirmed according to the data of the TIMS system. Businessman Dhima, who was recently the object of a failed assassination attempt, has filed criminal charges against Blushi?s daughter, Natalia, as well as notary Violeta Sulkaj.

After this charge, the file arrived at the prosecutor?s office Sonila Muhametaj, who registered the criminal proceedings and ordered the investigation of the case. Proceedings are currently registered only for the reported criminal fact, without yet identifying the persons suspected of committing the criminal offense.

However, prompt investigative actions are expected to identify the suspected perpetrators with facts and evidence. Investigators have ordered graphic examinations to determine whether elements of forgery exist. Also, in the work plan of the prosecution are included the questioning of persons, including the accuser Andon Dhima, the former politician businessman Ben Blushi, his daughter Natalia Blushi and the notary Violeta Sulkaj.

In the report, the property sellers file charges of falsifying documents against the notary and the daughter of the former MP, regarding the two assets acquired by the latter in Korça, a basement and a service unit, both with a total area of about 470 m2. Properties that according to the report, were sold for 30.000 euros and 5 million old Lek.

?Through an article broadcast in the media, I was informed that the Ministry of Justice has started an administrative investigation regarding the process of concluding the two above-mentioned contracts, because according to the data of the TIMS system, it turned out that

the purchasing party Natali Blushi was not in Albania at the time of signing the contracts. Referring to the TIMS system data show that Mrs.Natali Blushi left Albania on April 6, 2015 and returned to Albania on June 19, 2015, while the contracts were signed on May 28 and 29 this year. In these circumstances, the signature of the buyer Natali Blushi turns out to be forged?-it is said in the criminal charge deposited n the Tirana prosecutor?s office.

?I explain to the prosecution, that I didn?t know this fact before, as I signed the contracts at the same time with the purchasing party, because we appeared before the notary at different times. As a salesperson, I regularly signed the above-mentioned contracts at the notary office and then left. My copy of the contracts has been made available to me by the notary office, as they have also been signed by the purchasing party?- further explained in the criminal charge./ CNA.al
