“Mafia extortion scheme”/Lulzim Basha publishes shocking fact about the Incinerator of Fier

The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has published today other facts, which he calls shocking, regarding the incinerator in Fier, while emphasizing that the concessionaire of this incinerator, was selected without evaluating the financial offer.

Basha published the contract of the Fier incinerator, and underlined that there is no financial offer as an evaluation criterion. ?Shocking fact, the concessionaire of the Fier incinerator was selected without evaluating the financial offer.

The lack of financial supply as an evaluation criterion, shows that the Fier Incinerator is a mafia scheme of extorting tax money. The Incinerator of Fier, Klodian Zoto can ask as much as he wants from the state; the concession doesn?t have a ceiling value.

They have spent 23.8 million euros on a contract that doesn?t determine the price. Is there a prosecutor who doesn?t understand the theft that is being done with incinerators?
