Spalletti considers a four-man defense at Juventus

Luciano Spalletti is working to give Juventus a clear shape according to his ideas, despite absences due to injuries and international commitments.

He remains oriented towards a four-man defense, a concept that has accompanied him during his time at Napoli and in his experience with the national team. However, in recent stages he has maintained a three-man defense, with Koopmeiners at center left, gradually introducing his principles.

Spalletti is looking for a change of game from the start of the action and movement in depth to exploit the spaces created for Vlahovic.

With the return of several important players, the defense could gain stability with names like Cambiaso, Gatti, Bremer and Cabal, while having other valuable alternatives.

This would allow the coach to use popular formations such as 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, placing Yildiz in his natural role. The team has enough tactical flexibility to allow Spalletti to experiment and adapt as needed.
