Historic victory, Duka: We can go to the World Cup

The President of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, appeared very happy after the historic victory with Andorra.

He said that today's match against Andorra was not easy, expressing that Kristian Asllani's goal liberated all Albanians. Further, Duka added that he is confident that Albania will go to the World Cup.

"We won an important and difficult match. We went to second place through these three points. The Çunat were under pressure. Kristi's goal calmed all Albanians. We will have difficult matches in March, but I am confident in qualifying for the World Cup. This is because we have a very good team. Did you give a prize to the scorers? The players want to always be equal and not for the one who scores to have a prize and I believe that the footballers think better than us", said Duka.
