Carlo Bollino, when he left the Special Court today, declared that he is a victim. A victim of defamation made about a public property. In fact, when Carlo says "I am a victim of defamation", this is not something to laugh at, but this is something to be proud of.

Because, is it Carlo Bollino who told us that the incinerators work, while they do not exist and he is paid by them? Is it Carlo Bollino who says "I am an independent journalist", while it is enough to look at the increase in wealth, with the coming to power of the Socialist Party? Is Carlo Bollino the man who has mercilessly attacked the people of the opposition, not only Sali Berisha, as he claims? Is Carlo Bollino a beneficiary of funds, from the budget of Albanian taxpayers which is the state budget? Didn't Bollino take the "Bunk'arts", which were invested with Albanian money and are managed by Carlo? Didn't he take public property?

But let's clarify this part too. Bollino claims that he rented a public property, nothing more, he is not the owner and he invested in it. But, in fact, the owners claim that it was given to build a school.

Secondly, how did the competition that Carlo Bollino got take place? At what time? Was a competition opened, or was that property only in the function of the Ministry of Defense, the Municipality of Tirana, and it could not be passed on to Carlo? Then the procedure is opened by the ministries and in the end we are given 1 euro for rent? While the state could have earned hundreds of thousands of euros per year from renting this facility.

Carlo says "I rented a public property, I am not the owner". Yes, but he bought it for 1 euro, whereas if that property were to be rented out at a public auction, the state would earn hundreds of thousands of euros.

No one is saying not to rent Carlo, to buy and build, there is nothing wrong with that, but don't make us a saint. Don't make us moral. Yes, Carlo Bollino is the beneficiary of a public property with a ridiculous rent, while other media have invested millions of euros so that they are not in the "bargain" of renting or leasing with the state and not be hostages of the state and various governments.

Carlo Bollino is giving us morals for a property that could have had hundreds of thousands of euros in rent, and these could have been returned to Albanians. Or a school, a kindergarten, a nursery school could have been built with that money. Carlo is giving us morals, while he is publicly accused of a clear scheme of how he received funds from the National Agency for the Protection of Children and Youth through third parties.

Carlo gives us moral, while appearing in the wiretaps of Erion Veliaj and Balluk. He didn't do anything with Veliaj, just a commissioned show, which was requested of him by the prison. He didn't do anything with Balluk, he simply asked, according to him, to help a friend of his, who surprisingly also turns out to be the supervisor of this building where the object was built, which Carlo simply rented, it is not his property.

Yes, Albanians are not stupid. They know very well that when the value of the investment is greater than the value of the object at the time of the lease, and possession passes for several years, it is privatized. Carlo did not rent that property for fun, nor to be mocked, and although he invested millions of euros, although he claims that it cost as much as two luxury apartments in Tirana.

So when he goes before the courts and does morals, at least spare this to the Albanians. How much respect they have for him, they showed in the protest, when dozens of citizens put their faces to hold banners against Carlo Bollino, who was shocked and called it a violation of the media, its bullying.

What are the attacks that Carlo Bollino makes? What are the accusations that Carlo Bollino makes? Himself or with others behind whom he hides. That the scheme is clear, everyone already knows, despite the denials he makes of things.

Therefore and beyond the morality that Carlo does, there is a truth. The truth is that a public property was taken for 1 euro rent, when hundreds of thousands of euros could have been taken for the state. The truth is that Carlo Bollino is a direct or indirect beneficiary of tenders made to AKSHI through Igli Gjelishti, this is proven. Carlo Bollino has "Bunk-art". The concessions or call them whatever you want, these are facts, they were invested with Albanian taxes and are used by Carlo. Carlo Bollino can moralize as much as he wants, he was caught in wiretaps with Erion Veliaj, and those wiretaps were in front of everyone, including his media. This is because Erion's lawyers had them, the ones who publish everything in advance of Carlo and Mero.

So, beyond Carlo's morality, there is a truth that everyone knows. And there is no justice for Carlo Bollino when the property is there, the lease is there, the dubious procedures are there and beyond everything, this is the moment that in that court the DP deputy should ask SPAK to begin the investigation and verification of how that property was leased to Carlo Bollino.
