World Dream, the National Team could collect 9 million euros

Albania is just two wins away from historic qualification for the 2026 World Cup, having secured participation in the play-off stage.

The victory over Andorra mathematically sealed second place in the group and participation in the decisive matches in March. The play-offs are played in single matches and the Rossoneri could face teams such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Italy, although the rankings may change.

Qualifying for the World Cup would bring huge financial rewards, around 9 million euros for participation and bonuses for any positive results. So far, the group stage and the play-offs themselves are not accompanied by monetary rewards.

Albania is looking to make a historic step, entering the 48-team World Cup finals for the first time. Preparations for the March phase remain the main focus, while the objective is clear: two wins to make a long-held dream a reality.
