The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, has proposed that the Assembly's rules of procedure restore an hour of discussion at the beginning of the session for issues outside the agenda.

According to him, it was the DP that in 2011 decided that matters of order would be discussed at the end of the session, while now they are doing the opposite.

"The Rules of Procedure of the Assembly have an article for issues that are not on the agenda. Until 2011, issues that were not on the agenda were at the beginning, then they were removed by the DP group to be brought up at the end of the session. Now you have come to your senses, and you say there are issues that need to be discussed at the beginning of the session. Do you agree to return 1 hour for issues outside the agenda to the beginning of the session and put an end to this ridiculous situation? I think it makes sense. Let's undo the decision that you made unilaterally in 2011", said Balla, addressing the opposition MPs. /CNA
