DP leader Sali Berisha has accused the government in the Assembly. According to Berisha, the government has stolen IPARD funds and has excluded 130 million euros of European aid for Albanians.

"We are not comparable to EU countries. Kosovo has allocated 200 million euros for agriculture this year."

Kosovo has allocated 4 times more than Albania. Kosovo gives 400 euros for a hectare of wheat. Kosovo gives 150 euros for fertilization, it gives for seeds and oil.
