"There is no mechanical cooperation from the opposition"/ Kapri: In

Opportunity Party MP Erald Kapri said today that this political force will continue towards local elections with all options open.

In a television studio, Kapri also focused on the current situation of the opposition, which, in his opinion, cannot be united mechanically.

According to Kapri, the opposition must have just causes and a unifying candidate in the race for the Municipality of Tirana.  

"There can be no mechanical cooperation of the opposition. There is no need for round tables to unite the causes. It could be the Electoral Code, we have given our proposals. These round tables do not serve anything essential. As long as we are an opposition party on the rise, we want to continue moving forward. We have preferred to move forward on many issues that we share with the DP. Every opportunity is for the local elections, we do not prejudge anything. In the municipality of Tirana, there was a candidate who unified the opposition and we still do not know if it is Florjan Binaj or not. We have given our support and it would not be fair in any respect to withdraw support without giving an explanation. In the opposition, causes unite. When there were just causes, we have given our capacity, for example, in the initiatives brought by the DP to Parliament, we have supported them when they were just, but other aspects of the DP also divide us", said Kapri./CNA
