The Ethics Secretariat has decided to expel Agron Shehaj from the Parliament for 60 days. The decision will take effect in September. Agron Shehaj was expelled after stealing documents related to a $302 million agreement with the US from the Parliament premises.
The Chairman of the Laws Committee, Ulsi Manja, said that the Socialist Party will file a complaint against Agron Shehaj with SPAK.
"The elements of the criminal offense are not the competence of this secretariat. There will be a referral of the report against Shehaj to SPAK and all the elements related to the violation of confidentiality, the removal of the document outside that room, but also the actions that followed the removal of this document, belong to the investigative bodies", declared Manja./ CNA
