302 million dollar agreement/ Berisha: The opposition will not vote for

DP leader Sali Berisha has announced that the opposition will never vote for unconstitutional procedures.

According to Berisha, Rama is seeking to violate the Constitution and present himself as the standard-bearer for filling the budget for NATO.

"Albania is a NATO member country, if there is another flag that should be displayed, it is the NATO flag that was in all institutions.

In one of his first orders, Rama ordered the removal of the NATO flag from all institutions. Rama is the person who organized wild protests against Albania's membership in NATO.

Now he wants to violate the constitution and present himself as a flag bearer for filling the budget. The budget for NATO is 1.3%. We do not vote in unconstitutional procedures. We are in favor of the loan and express gratitude.

This procedure should be carried out in accordance with the constitution and not Rama's unconstitutional positions.

The US government submitted this agreement to the Albanian government months ago, which means this agreement passed through the government on or around June 20th, to be brought to the Parliament in July.

"The opposition will never accept to vote in unconstitutional procedures, they are grounded in the constitution," Berisha said./ CNA
