Rama "shot" him/Evis Sala is vindicated

At the meeting of the SP group and the government, Prime Minister Edi Rama "shot" the ministers, declaring that in relation to citizens they have not been able to equate investments with the citizen's experience.

One of his targets was Health Minister Evis Sala. Rama said that in the cases he has encountered reported by citizens, empathy is lacking.

A citizen's experience is not equal to the investments that Rama says have been made in Health.

In an interview with German media, Evis Sala seems to have responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama's stance.

She justified it by saying that you can't change everything at once.

"When I took on this role, I knew almost immediately what I wanted to do. I wanted to review everything. Not because things had been done wrong, but because I was seeing them with new eyes, having returned to the country after 29 years."

I knew how a modern healthcare system should function, based on my experience implementing reforms, including artificial intelligence, in various countries in Europe and the United States.

At first I thought, “I can do this in a year. I can transform the entire system.” But then I realized that thinking that you can do it all at once can lead to failure. You can't change everything at once.

So I decided to stop, carefully analyze what needed intervention, set priorities, and then focus on two or three main objectives, committing to seeing them through to the end.

Of course, there will be other interventions along the way, related or not to those priorities. There will be quick fixes, things that may not seem important or require little energy, but that have a big impact.

So, in the end, it's going to be a mix of different elements. But if you lose focus and think you're going to do it all.

Then, you step back a little and say: "Okay, now I have a clear picture, I know what needs to be fixed. Now I will take it step by step, or I will deal with three things at once, it doesn't matter how you do it, as long as you really focus and choose the right battles," Sala declared./ CNA
