Prime Minister Edi Rama has spoken about the protests in front of Parliament. Rama said that the gap that led to the protests was the government, while the real heart of the protest was the ordinary people.

"The zeal of the all-round opponents to fight the great father-in-law turned it into a scene of identification. With hundreds of millions of people, they transformed the boulevard into a ditch. The cause of the ditch was us and the heart of the protest was the ordinary people, not the words of charlatans, public failures who are ready with recipes for the people with men to overthrow and take something. They did not create the protest, they hijacked it. Now they scratch the wound by gathering like black feathers on the boulevard or the parliament after the heart of the protest has migrated with the flamingos. They are cannon fodder for the enemies and ill-wishers of Albania, first of all those in the state, all of which are documented. What interest do the malignant craftsmen have for Albania? Zero. Neither for the government nor for the opposition nor for the people, they only have the cause of destroying trust so that Albanians do not trust anyone. A country without trust is defenseless and a democracy without trust is a square that everyone makes a mess of", Rama said./ CNA
