Tensions were registered in the plenary session, after DP deputies blocked the Assembly's rostrum and did not allow the SP to report on the Territorial Reform.
Guard employees are also present in the hall.
Meanwhile, Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi has called for the rostrum to be vacated and the agenda to be followed.
"For two and a half hours there has been no word on procedure. We continue with the agenda ," said Peleshi.
