He stole Assembly documents/The Ethics Secretariat will consider the measure against Agron Shehaj tomorrow

The Ethics Secretariat will meet on Tuesday to review the Socialist Party's request to exclude MP Agron Shehaj from the Assembly's proceedings.

The request, addressed to the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics, as well as to the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, requests that Shehaj be excluded from participating in committees and plenary sessions for 60 days.

The Socialist Party has requested disciplinary action against MP Agron Shehaj and the referral of the case to the Special Prosecution Office, following the incident that occurred this Monday morning in the Parliament offices.

As published in a video by the head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, the MP and leader of the Opportunity Party snatched from the Assembly offices the confidential document of the draft law on the Direct Loan Agreement with the US, which was approved this afternoon only with majority votes./CNA
