The Memorandum of Cooperation between the Italian maritime industry giant "Fincantieri", the state-owned company of the Ministry of Defense Kayo and the "Pavarësia" Industrial School in Vlora was signed today in Pashaliman in Vlora.

Prime Minister Edi Rama was also present at the signing ceremony, where he stated that the military industry in Albania is being reborn and that today's agreement is neither the first nor the last to have a military industrial system that functions from uniforms to the most sophisticated equipment of the Armed Forces.

"Today, we are in a completely new phase, where the military industry is being reborn step by step and the agreement with "Fincantieri" is neither the first nor the last among the agreements being signed to provide our military industry with all its components and to have a military industrial system that functions from uniforms to the most sophisticated means of the Armed Forces.

And at the center of this process is a new company, a public company, created on the basis of reading the best international practices. A company that represents the interests of the public and the state, the Kayo company, which is there to build precisely these partnerships, making the Albanian state a participant, not just legally, but also financially and opening the way for mutual economic benefit between the private or public partners of the company and the company itself that represents the state ," said Rama.

Further during his speech, Rama said that this cooperation creates 500 jobs that require qualified people and are well-paid.

Among other things, he announced that the company "Fincantieri" will organize trainings, where students of the "Pavarësia" industrial school will have the opportunity, according to the program and selection, to go to the large shipyard in Italy and there they will work with the company's craftsmen.

"There are 500 jobs that are being created in this territory by this partnership and as the general administrator said, there are 500 jobs that require qualified people, that require expertise. There are 500 well-paid jobs, there are 500 jobs in this new system that is being built. And it must be taken into account that all those who will be involved in this venture will not simply be people who own a craft, but will also be people who will be looked at from the point of view of their image, because they will be part of the defense system of the Republic of Albania, in the sense that they will receive information, they will know a lot of what happens here inside and that should remain here inside because of all the specifics that this industry has.

Kështu që, në një kuptim shërbimi në këto sipërmarrje është një shërbim që ka një komponent të patjetërsueshëm patriotik dhe unë besoj se këtu në Vlorë dhe në shkollën industriale “Pavarësia” ne i kemi burimet njerëzore me të cilat do të fillojë puna.

Kompania “Fincantieri” do të organizojë programin e vetë të trajnimeve në burim. Pra, nxënësit e shkollës sipas programit dhe përzgjedhjes do të shkojnë në kantierin e madh në Itali dhe aty do të punojnë me mjeshtrit që ka kompania, të cilën e tha shumë bukur se po i referohem disa herë administratorit, një kompani që ka një xhiro prej 9 miliardë eurosh, por që asetin e vet kryesor ka njerëzit, ka kapacitetet, talentet, aftësitë, për të cilat ka investuar dhe investon në vazhdimësi", tha Rama.

Kreu i qeverisë theksoi se këto investime të mëdha vijnë për shqiptarët dhe për ata që duan të punojnë.

"Këto investime të mëdha që vijnë janë investime që kanë ndër të tjera edhe këtë komponent shumë të rëndësishëm. Dhe të gjithë atyre që flasin në hava për investitorët e huaj, për investimet e huaja, për partneritet me të huajt që ju merrkan punën shqiptarëve, dua t'ju them që jo, e vërteta është e kundërt.

Në radhë të parë këto investime vijnë për shqiptarët, vijnë për ata të cilët duan punë, duan të jetojnë me punë, janë të gatshëm të sakrifikojnë në punë dhe përmes punës të rriten dhe të ngjisin shkallët e një karriere profesionale, që sa më lart ngjitesh aq më mirë të paguan. Dhe kjo është e vërtetë për këtë investim, kjo është e vërtetë për çdo investim, kjo është e vërtetë dhe për të gjitha investimet në turizëm, se nuk dua t'i shmangem pamjes së jashtëzakonshme të gjirit të Vlorës pa e përmendur edhe faktin që investimi për të cilin bëhet një diskutim marramendës dhe absurd sjell, jo 500 si këtu, por 10.000 mundësi të reja vendesh pune dhe natyrisht sjell 10.000 mundësi të reja vendesh pune për në radhë të parë djemtë dhe vajzat e kësaj zone dhe pastaj djemtë dhe vajzat nga gjithë Shqipëria që do të duan të bëhen pjesë. Dhe nuk sjell vende pune të keqpaguara, nuk sjell vende pune për të shfrytëzuar koston e ulët të krahut të punës, por sjell vende pune për njerëz të kualifikuar.

Siç e përmendi administratori, të gjitha profesionet që lidhen me këtë kantier janë profesione specifike, ku kërkohet një kualifikim shumë i mirë.

E njëjta gjë vlen për investimet në turizëm, kur ato i përkasin gamës së lartë të konsumatorit. Dhe nëse sot industria turistike në Shqipëri apo çdo industri tjetër ndjehet e detyruar të kthejë sytë e të kërkojë përtej kufijve të Europës edhe në kontinente të tjera, forca pune, kjo nuk vjen absolutisht sepse duan të paguajnë keq. Kjo vjen sepse pagat, njësoj si në Greqi, shumëkujt këtu në Shqipëri i duken jo dinjitoze.

And all countries and all states, one of the main competitions they have with each other is the competition to attract foreign investment. Who attracts more foreign investment? Everyone. Whether it is a democracy or a kingdom, all countries are fighting to attract your investments. So, the idea that foreign investment contradicts the homeland is the stupidest idea that can be promoted and which must be firmly opposed ," Rama said. /CNA
