Offensive messages against Albanians/ Hoxha: Only statements through official

Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, was present at the Foreign Affairs Committee where he was asked by DP MP, Belind Këlliçi, about the messages to the Albanians of the Republic of Macedonia.

Hoxha said that he has made his positions clear and his position is not made through text messages.

Further, Hoxha stated that he met with the North Macedonian authorities to agree that there is no issue to worry about.

Hoxha stated that only communications through official channels constitute authority and considered any discussion on this issue a waste of time.

" I have made my stances and positions clear in the post of Foreign Minister, they are not made via text message. I have met with the Albanians of North Macedonia to agree that there is nothing for us to worry about."

"These are the statements made through official channels and only they constitute authority. We can discuss as much as you want, but for me any further discussion on this issue constitutes a waste of time ," said Hoxha.
