Former MP Edmond Spaho has commented in ironic tones on developments within the Democratic Party regarding the race for party chairman, criticizing some of the self-proclaimed candidates, including Ervin Salianji.

In a public reaction, Spaho said that he does not understand the claims of candidates who complain about the non-acceptance of their candidacies, emphasizing that, according to him, most of them have been excluded from the race.

Spaho suggested that the only real path for candidates claiming violations, according to him, is to pursue the matter in court, instead of public statements.

He also criticized the platforms presented by the "candidates", ironically saying that they "have been thrown in the trash", while questioning the seriousness of the race.

"I don't understand the self-proclaimed candidates for DP chairman. Everyone except Mereme has been excluded from the race."

Why don't they go to court and complain about the non-implementation of the Basha article on the automatic resignation of the mayor when he loses the elections.

The only way for them to continue the battle they claim to be fighting. What is the point of the platforms they publish when Muli has thrown them in the trash?
