Prime Minister Edi Rama participated in the European Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum held in Düsseldorf, Germany. In his speech, Rama focused on digital services, saying that Artificial Intelligence was brought in to strengthen institutions and not to replace people.

Rama said that a country's democracy cannot be delegated to an algorithm, as responsibility and accountability remain human. Further, in his speech, the Prime Minister stated that the algorithm does indeed have a conscience, but it does not have many friends and relatives or pretend not to see things.

Not shying away from jokes, Rama said he dreams of strengthening the AI ??system in the administrative aspect and then selling it to Germany.

 

"We brought it in to reimagine it, not to replace people but to strengthen institutions. My dream is to strengthen it and then sell it to Germany."
