From the creation of the IQP, to the Crime Strategy and Mallakastra/ New

The Council of Ministers, at its meeting held today, June 30, approved several decisions and draft laws.

More specifically, these changes were approved in several areas, as follows:

-Reward in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) lekë according to the respective categories. The financial effects resulting from the implementation of this decision are calculated at the amount of 3,913,000,000 (three billion nine hundred and thirteen million) lekë divided into 3,886,000,000 (three billion eight hundred and eighty-six million) lekë for the reward and 27,000,000 (twenty-seven million) lekë for administrative expenses for the award of the reward. The financial effects of this decision will be borne by the special account named “Pension Fund” at the Bank of Albania.

-Determining the rules, criteria and measures for other financial treatments, with the aim of creating a fair, transparent and sustainable system that promotes high performance and innovation in public administration. This decision applies to civil servants, other employees and civil servants in state administration institutions, independent institutions or local self-government units and their subordinate institutions.

-Transfer to the Municipality of Durrës of 259 (two hundred and fifty-nine) apartments in 6 (six) buildings with residential units (palaces) of 1 (one) technical room and 3 (three) "Garden" service units, according to the inventory list.

-The establishment, organization and functioning of the Central Labor Inspectorate (hereinafter, CLI) as a public, budgetary legal entity, headquartered in Tirana, reporting to the minister responsible for labor. The CLI is financed from the state budget and other lawful sources, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

-Approval of the implementation agreement no. II, between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as representative of the German government and implementing agency, for the project "Support for Albania's accession negotiations to the European Union in the economic sector" (SANECA II).

-Approval of the implementation agreement no. IV, between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as representative of the German government and implementing agency, for the program "Sustainable economic and regional development, employment promotion and vocational education and training" (ProSEED).

-Declaration of "Immovable Cultural Property" of the Apoloni Archaeological Park, according to the zoning map and coordinates in the Albanian Geodetic Reference Framework (AGRF).

-Approval of the draft document of the medium-term budget program for the period 2027-2029 which sets out detailed ecological design requirements for local heating equipment with solid fuels.

-Approval of the National Strategy for the Prevention and Fight against Organized Crime and Serious Crime 2026–2030 and the action plan 2026-2028.

-Determination of application fees for the issuance of import, export and transit authorizations for firearms, their main components and ammunition issued by the State Export Control Authority.

-Approval of the final expenditure ceilings of the 2027-2029 medium-term budget program.

-Transfer to the Municipality of Tirana of 80 (eighty) apartments in 1 (one) building with residential units (palaces), respectively, according to the inventory list.

-Transfer to the Real Estate Fund for Strategic Investment Support (FPPMIS), which is administered by the ministry responsible for the economy, of state real estate in cadastral zones 8604 and 2765, Vlora Municipality, with a total area of ??885 557.6 (eight hundred and eighty-five thousand five hundred and fifty-seven point six) m².

-Declaration of "Priority Area for the Development of the Mountain Economy" of several areas in the territory of the Municipality of Mallakastër ./CNA
