The standard that the KPA applied to others should be applied to each of them!

The members of the Special Appellate Panel have officially requested the High Judicial Council to prepare their chairs as appellate magistrates.

In Tirana, that is!

The KPA, when these members were elected with much fanfare, had a constitutional obligation to begin work by establishing standards for three components in its decisions: wealth, integrity, and professionalism.

These standards should be taken as references for subsequent decision-making for the KPA itself and for the Independent Qualification Commission.

It never happened!

The KPA, from day one to the last, applied the standard: case by case, case by case, as the case may be.

If the KPA had done what the Constitution required of it at the beginning of its term, that is, with the first decisions, the process would have progressed more quickly, the KPC would have predetermined the evaluation criteria. Today, we would have a standard ready to be used in the future for every evaluation by the KLP and the KLGJ.

If they couldn't set a standard for others because they had so many high heels, they could translate their own standard of living as a standard. And that would be the standard of evaluation for everyone else.

Meanwhile, Sokol Sadushi, as the godfather of the system, has guaranteed them places in the system.

The seats for the KPA members have been empty for 3 years. Untested, proven to be professionally incompetent because they have produced a mountain of substandard decisions.

They demonstrate their incompetence minimally by claiming that they were magistrates because they had the status of Judge of the Constitutional Court!

And then what?

A constitutional judge is not a magistrate! A magistrate may be a Member of the Constitutional Court, but a Member of the Constitutional Court is not automatically a magistrate.

But for Sokol Sadushi, any soldier of the Constitutional Court can also be transformed into a magistrate.

Just as these former members of the KPA can be blessed by the Sadducees and transformed into believers of the Sadducean religion.

Not necessarily everyone!

Only those who deserve it! There are many requests to be transformed as magistrates without vetting and without magistracy school. Same as Sadushi!
