Gazment Bardhi, who are you in tune with?

The last parliamentary session was a small show, but with great significance.
20 minutes of show, only 8 minutes of discussions, incidents, and the government passes its governing program without debate, questions, or discussions.

Ambassadors in the lodges with broken faces cover their heads with their hands.

Neither the "Diella" experiment, nor the lack of parliamentary debate, nor the banal incidents, nor the harsh language, nor the Constitution thrown into the air and the vote for a program that was not presented, in other words, absolutely nothing, was and is not in accordance with the procedure, ethics, regulations and constitutional norms. This is the "Miracle of freedom"...

In politics, the most important question is always: “Who are you with?” In the case of Gazment Bardhi, the answer is always vague: today with one, tomorrow with another, the day after tomorrow with no one. The last parliamentary session showed this more clearly than ever. The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, took the stage with a lot of noise, chaos and interference, before Sali Berisha entered the hall and took the floor. A protagonist and a brave man. A moment that did not escape anyone who smells politics is not the claim that the opposition behaved as it should have behaved, but that G. Bardhi is no longer in the same line with Berisha. At least not in that complete harmony, which he himself has often declared that he is.

So who is the "appointed" as head of the DP Parliamentary Group Gazment Bardhi in tune with?

With the democratic parliamentary group, which he did not gather to discuss the strategy in a session that should have been a marathon and discussed everything in full, since in only two sessions do MPs have endless opportunities for questions and debate: when is the government program discussed and when is the budget discussed?

Neither last year's budget was discussed, nor this year's governing program.

Gaz Bardhi, like the brave man he is, one of those men who wear beards to look like men, committed another criminal offense, attacking a colleague (the Prime Minister) with the Constitution and then with the rules of the Assembly.

Meanwhile, the government continued its work with complete indifference. Its program was passed in a session that lasted only 25 minutes, without debate, without serious opposition, and with an opposition busy with internal showdowns.

The session ended and Edi Rama won another round of the match effortlessly.

A clear picture of what has been happening for a long time: a divided opposition, unprepared and unclear about its strategy. An opposition that, with the entourage it has, deserved to lose on May 11th.

If Bardhi is not in line with Berisha, then who is he with? He is not with Basha, he is not even seen with the other group, and with Berisha he seems to share more distrust than vision. This political “nowhere” makes it impossible for the Democrats to have an organized opposition, not to mention the hope for power. But this very “nowhere” clearly proves the bargain at the expense of the Democrats. The bargain made by a caste of rich, arrogant, all-powerful “oppositionists”, but with a lack of aspirations, principles, lack of respect for “Europe”, the state, image, democracy, the Constitution and the Other.

The truth is that G. Bardhi no longer seems to be with Berisha, Basha, or any other group. He is a perpetual political traveler, heading towards nothingness with the conviction that he is heading towards glory.

With this cast of politicians, the DP seems to have lost not only its common language, but also the ability to seriously challenge the government. While Rama makes the law in 25 minutes, the Democrats continue to waste hours trying to figure out who is with whom and who is leading whom.

To put it bluntly: with this opposition, power will no longer come to the DP.

Gazment Bardhi is just one of the symptoms of a larger disease that has gripped the DP.
