Rama's "Sun" with Mero Baze's face

Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that there would be a minister created with Artificial Intelligence . In fact, the law and the Constitution do not allow it.

There can be no minister who is not an Albanian citizen, educated, with criteria and conditions, according to what the Constitution and the laws tell us. The Prime Minister announced it, President Bajram Begaj decreed it under the responsibility of the Prime Minister, a different form.
